Not only do Shannelle's treatments clear up my skin, but she also directed me to her own products that stopped my breakouts! Shannelle's products are clean and all-natural, and you can feel the difference on your face. Between Shannelle's treatments and products, I get compliments on my skin all the time now! I highly recommend that everyone go to Shannelle at least once, I believe anyone regardless of skin type would benefit from the experience and quickly recognize the differences it has made.

I went in for the Nirvana Facial yesterday and my face is glowing! :)…read more I saw Lindsay back at Dharma, and she was really sweet and great to to both my fiance and I, so when we were back in town and a week out from our wedding, I booked us both a pampering session with the comprehensive Nirvana facial. This was my first time at her new location. Her room is upstairs of the Green Apple Salon (Aveda). There was plenty of parking in the lot thankfully. The room has soothing ambient sounds and a nice rainbow reflection going on on the ceiling. The bed was heated - nice and cozy. I felt extremely relaxed throughout and when the treatment ended, it felt like I had just taken a luxuriously wonderful nap. Lindsay really enjoys what she does and extensively researched her field. She has developed her own products - and she is very receptive and keenly aware of her client's sensitive skin types and feedback. She focuses on natural products especially as the skincare products these days are often so focused on marketing/fads but sadly loaded with chemicals that are so harsh on our skin and cause pH imbalance. She is also just fun to talk to and cares about your overall experience, and doesn't pressure you to buy her products or book more appointments. She's just there to provide a premium relaxing session, refresh your face, and help however she can on your skin goals.

I am absolutely hopeless when it comes to filling in/tweezing my brows, she worked with me to find out what I wanted them to look like and gave guidance to get me there. For my Brazilian - she is so warm and kind she made me so comfortable, it was like catching up with a girlfriend! Compared to other waxes this one was as painless as possible! I'm speaking to all of us of Asian descent. The miracle known as Lash Perming, or Lash Lifting, is a chemical treatment process that keeps eyelashes held in a curled position for up to 8 weeks. That's right - CURLED! I.E. actually visible. I found Keta V on Groupon. She was accommodating and easy to work with - I had to re-schedule twice due to work issues. When I did finally make it, she sent me the prep info the day before and greeted me at my car when I arrived to make sure I parked in the correct lot and find the studio. Her place is clean and I felt immediately at ease. As for Keta herself - she's like the friend you knew years ago, but need to catch up with, so patient and well-spoken. The Eyelash Lift is a relatively less well-known process, compared to lash extensions. The idea of coating my eyelashes with chemicals was terrifying. Keta explained the process once before we started and then again during each step. While the procedure wasn't the most pleasant (there's someone pulling on your eyelashes for a good 30 minutes), it was tolerable. Think of the alternative: a 90-minute session of for lash extensions. But the results are much more natural looking - I mean, they are, after all, your own lashes. I've had multiple people compliment me on the results. Also, the perm should last up to 8 weeks, which is about 3x as long as the extensions. I am thoroughly satisfied with the experience and will definitely be going back. Even though I used a Groupon, Keta was respectful and did not try to push any additional products or sessions. Thank you Keta!

Also I have spent quite a bit here for one thing or another and except for the semaglutude shots other treatments haven't been great. I also notice the owner is quite hostile towards other negative reviewers, each and every one. Reviews are supposed to be used to improve the services you provide, if you need to do an in service on your vastly new staff you do that. When your NP had poked me 8 times and couldn't get my IV, I was patient (I am a RN myself), and let the pink haired blue truck, now has left lady only start my IVS. The laser hair removal like someone else has said is in effective, I have successfully done that treatment elsewhere but I quit coming for those and have more treatments I can donate to someone that wants to waste their time. I wanted to ask to see a different NP this last time Because I felt the last visit wasn't good but again am all for giving people chances. I had my appointment on the 23rd for semaglutude and pharmacy didn't get it until may 31st when I called wondering why I didn't get the meds. Amman don't fight reviewers. Work on your staff.
