I purchased a used safe from Suncoast early in 2018. It is a TL-30 out of an old bank branch, about 35 years old. It is sturdy, weighs in at maybe 3000 pounds. I got the bright idea to change the dial from a manual to a digital, and took it apart. This safe has a re-locker, and eventually I foolishly actually closed the door, turned the handle, and locked it...without installing any new digital one!
Brian was called in, came with all his tools, and got it done...he had to research it first, consulted people in his business, and used five or six bits to get through the resistant front. The drilling had to be done precisely, and it was. It took several bits, including one diamond-tipped one that was ruined.
Brian got it open, installed my digital replacement. I was satisfied twice: he sold me a nice used safe, originally, at a very fair price: even had his son Dallas paint it for me before I had given any assurance I'd buy it for sure....then, when he repaired it, my stupidity cost me, but...Brian made the drilling efforts look just fine, set it up for another near-impossible re-entry which included ball bearings in the drill hole. I heartily recommend this company. They have new safes, they deliver and set them all up, and they know what they are doing. Thanks, Suncoast Safe & Lock!
