The representative was not only rude but was more concerned about money than the service needed for my pain. They demanded I get a Letter of Protection from an attorney or pay for it myself. I then got a message that if I did not show up with a letter they would not render service. Services I need for a serious medical injury. I consulted with an attorney about why and if they need it when I'm fully covered and he did not know why they would even ask for it given the status of my claim. All the representatives I spoke to on this issue were short and rude as well as did nothing to help. I'm going to be filing a formal complaint as the delay of care and essential imaging has caused undue harm. I also will be contacting the attorney general office.

Their billing department is just "Frank", an Indian who can't communicate in English. I told him I'd call back and get someone who speaks English. I called back and got "Frank" again. He is the only person to talk to, but you can't talk to him. I went back to the facility, and they discovered that one of my insurances was never put in the system at all. They entered it but it still hasn't been sorted out with insurance, but I can't communicate with "Frank" to get it fixed. The in-office staff can't get it fixed and I can't talk to "Frank" ... so they really leave their patients in a bind.

When I called to ask why I hadn't heard back, I was told that it was my responsibility to call them to follow up. Completely unacceptable. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and their communication skills are awful. To make things even worse, my neurologist -- the one who ordered the MRI -- is now refusing to review it herself and is instead having a physician assistant do it. What's the point of seeing a specialist if they won't even look at your results? Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually cares about their patients and knows how to communicate.

They have made so many mistakes and errors, and even in dates, and they will argue and be so cruel about it. Whether it's my date scheduled for blood work, or trying to get an override for where I'm going to get my blood work. Ruth and the office manager is cruel. There is really no way to define the type of cruelty that that woman is, because she even got an inside information of a conflict that I had with a Blue Cross Blue Shield caseworker four years ago postop cataract surgery while I was going through a difficult times, also during the hurricane Michael Peak, And other personal things that I was going through. I do believe that she decided to break HIPAA-so that she could deliberately bully me. The woman has mental health problems. Dr hawk is not focused on his practice. They've left me an alert with my blood work and needing refills but Ruthann got to be cruel and that was her game and that's what she wanted.

I've only been here 4 or 5 times but I will say this lab is always quick to get you in and out…read more They only take walk ins. No appointments at all. I've never waited more than 10 minutes. I had insurance and I used to go to LabCor and Quest . You had to wait sometimes for quite a while. Quest was the worst. If you walked in, every 15 minutes they would bump you and let the next 15 minute appointments go ahead of you and move you down the list over and over . Anyways, when I lost my insurance, I ran my bloodwork prescription by them and they were outrageous. Florida lab has a chart. I can walk in and show my prescription and she can tell me upfront what it will cost. They are definitely cheaper than the other 2 .In the past, I couldn't afford the whole bloodwork list and they let me get just the most important ones that my dr would need the most. They take debit and credit , I think even Money orders, but they do not take cash. They've open Monday through Friday 7am to 4:30 pm. Staff is very friendly and they know what they're doing
