On my member page it said refinance current auto loans. So I filled out the application and got approved at a better rate. My credit got hit. Then I get a message that, sorry we do not refinance current auto loans. So after complaining, my take away is that they will refinance other bank auto loans for new customers, but for their members it's a big F you. Take your business somewhere else. So, they rather lose long time members. Caution.....they don't care about their members. I will be looking for a new bank to do business with. They don't deserve a 1 star.

I truly don't know which was worse, the dismissal of my concerns on the first visit or the subsequent ugliness when I returned to try to fix the original problem. I will remain with Suncoast because I feel that it is a good credit union but I will never, ever attempt to do business with that branch again.
