Phone number where I met my new agent, Joan who for over five years has always been there when I need her assistance and going through my first hurricane experience in 2024 Joan helped me navigate through this stressful time and not only was she always available when I called she would also check in with me to make sure that the insurance property loss process was going smoothly. It's so nice to call The Thompson Agency and have a person pick up the phone and not an automated phone system. I can always call Joan and get all my insurance questions answered and when the policy is up for renewal I can count on Joan and The Thompson Agency, and the Orlando office to check in with me and to review my coverages for the next year and to walk through my coverages to make sure I'm properly covered. When a hurricane hit central Florida in 2024 my house had damages and being new to hurricane insurance losses Joan not only assisted me on the steps to do she also was sympathetic and truly cared about us and our safety and without the support I received from The Thompson Agency, Ing and Joan I would of been a wreck going through this matter. I now have my golf cart, homeowners and auto insurance all with The Thompson Agency (Orlando office) and I couldn't be happier knowing that I have the best insurance company in central Florida. If you want to be treated like a person and not like a number reach out to The Thompson Agency and start experiencing the best customer service you can get! I was amazed on how knowledgeable Jimmy was and how patient he was as he explained Dual Pricing and Cash discounting. If you are looking for great local service in South Florida, and not some bogus 800 number with equally bogus response times, give Jimmy a call at 866-811-1005 Ext. 108 to talk to Jimmy directly and see if they can save your business headaches and a ton of cash !!!

We decided not to use this company and this was the response we received. You decide, would you use…read morethis company?? Just wanted to let you know, as unprofessional as you may view this....Your Choice Was NOT The Best One! Wells Fargo- as was completely obvious to Ed is Never as efficient as we are and will always remain so due to sheer size. We Never look at anyone as just another customer like the Banks ALL do. And lastly.... For your information, since you claimed to know a bit about processing (Based solely on the fact you have signed up other stores) BUT was OBVIOUSLY apparent you lacked the knowledge you claimed. Many people have bought 6 or 7 cars doesn't mean there any good at making a car purchase. SO that being said, 1.) I was ONLY $25 over processor cost(( the same cost for us as it is with Wells Fargo or anyone else)) PERIOD!! No matter how much volume Ed's company EVER processed. SO EVEN IF WELLS FARGO GAVE YOU A NO MONTHLY STATEMENT FEE AND NO OTHER FEE'S AT ALL, WITH ONLY 10 BASIS POINT ( 0.10% PASSTHROUGH )DISC. RATE- THE VERY BEST THEY EVER GIVE. ANY VOLUME YOU PROCESS GREATER THAN $25,000 WILL ALWAYS COST MORE THAN US. BECAUSE OUR CONTRACT WAS MERELY $25 PERIOD ABOVE THE INTERCHANGE. EVEN IF WELLS FARGO DID YOUR PROCESSING FOR ABSOLUTELY NO MARK UP OVER VISA, MASTERCARD, DISC, AMEX BASE COSTS a.k.a FOR FREE, NOTHING ZILCHO MARKUP IT COULD ONLY BE $25 LESS THAN WE WERE AT!! OUR EQUIPMENT $35 OVER DISTRIBUTOR/MANUFACTURER COSTS. You would not listen and kept wanting to think that the x'ed circles were something other than part of interchange costs though you were clearly told it wasn't and supplied the documentation to demonstrate so. As well, even though it wasn't marked of or ever requested or completely filled in that the section of the mpa that has the Telecheck Standard info on it mattered, though you were clearly told it doesn't. 2.) We take care of everything for you ourselves ALWAYS, No bank will ever do that! When you call "Wells Fargo" merchant services all your doing is getting an international call center for First Data. No personal one on one relationship that takes care of all of your needs and concerns directly for you. TO SUM IT UP YOU LET YOUR ARROGANCE AND PERSONALITY COST ED. BUT THAT IS YOUR PREROGATIVE. AND YOUR NOT UNIQUE WE RUN INTO PLENTY OF YOU IN OUR FIELD. SO CAUGHT UP IN THAT FEELING THAT YOU ARE GONNA MAKE SURE NOTHING GETS OVER ON YOU - YOU END UP WALKING OVER WRINKLED UP THE DOLLAR TO PICK THE SHINY QUARTER FOR YOUR BOSS. And by the way this may be slightly unprofessional, so is not letting us know of your final decision but getting it from us calling Ed. We are willing to bet you have had days you made some great decisions for this company ..................... TODAY WAS NOT ONE OF THOSE DAYS. Take Good Care and Good Luck With Your New Store We Wish You The Best. Thank You. Respectfully Submitted, Mr. & Mrs. Jeffrey W. Lee OWNERS / ® Ft.
