He cancelled via text 10 minutes prior to the appointment and we have been chasing him ever since. Lots of promises & excuses. He told us he no longer used the business name "Dubey Brothers Chimney LLC" because his brother had quit. We found a number of complaints under the former name at the Better Business Bureau - https://www.bbb.org/us/nh/hillsborough/profile/chimney-sweeper/dubey-brothers-chimney-llc-0051-92069128/complaints - After finding the complaints we decided to purchase a cap and install it ourselves. I even invited Trentton to clear his $300 obligation by helping to install our cap. Do not give this man any money.

I was referred to Richard and Eric of R n E Renovators by my neighbor, and I'm glad I was. I knew…read morethey did good work from her referral, but working with them myself was a pleasure. They are good communicators, and were able to understand what I wanted and make recommendations (I had them redo our bathroom - remove an old narrow shower stall, replace flooring, remove an old broken whirlpool tub, put in a larger walk-in shower, new vanity). They were upfront about cost and time and were very sensitive to my needs, especially cost-wise. Frankly, they are both just super nice people with a lot of construction experience. They did an amazing job turning my bathroom into a functional space with more shelves for storage, painting it, installing everything including the new flooring. I recommend R n E Renovators without reservation for anyone looking for a couple of stand-up guys doing excellent work!
