Sun Technologies in GA misrepresents your qualifications and changes your resume and then lies about it. Working so fast and sloppy. I'm 20 year technology and engineering recruiter. Once your resume is presented into a company database with inaccurate information than you're black-balled from that company for life. Another staffing agency will submit your resume with different details. All your resumes will come up when viewed by companies with different information. I advised (in writing) the Recruiter at Sun Technologies to NOT change or omit ONE thing on my resume. I know these Indian staffing agencies and can't trust them. After, my resume was submitted to Lockheed Martin I asked the Sun Technologies recruiter to send me a copy of what they submitted to the client. Turned out, Sun Technologies recruiter DELETED important information from my resume and completely changed my resume. And, they changed and added a college education date of 1/1900. I wasn't even born yet. I didn't go to that college or finish college. They LIED 'extensively' on my resume. I made the recruiter send me the resume which they submitted. It was a MESS and hard to read ! It was for a job with Lockheed Martin of all the great companies to be misrepresented. I personally called the Vice President of HR for Lockheed Martin and told them about Sun Technologies. If you find a staffing agency is misrepresenting then send a letter to the company VP of HR. You don't have to sign your name. Just give the company a heads-up to investigate. You can find the Vice President of Human Resources names etc on Linkedin.com. The company will drop the staffing agency and not use them as a vendor. Sun Technologies destroys peoples chances for a job. They have NO idea how to recruit. The recruiter didn't ask even one interviewing question. They only slam dunk paper into jobs. What a mess. I write very few reviews. Only about 3 in 5 years. This is the best recruiting agency I have ever dealt with. They called me in regards to a great position. I was skeptical at first (as I get all kinds of crack calls). After doing some real research, I thought "wow", this really is a great job and I am the perfect fit. Yes, I was also contacted by others too, but I knew to go with the first person who contacted me. If it wasn't for the others that also emailed me, I would have missed a super opportunity. The reason is because I was a prefect fit for a job and they were a perfect fit for me. I did not know this job even existed. I did the drug test, background check and was on my way to making excellent pay (more than I ever made working for someone other than myself). Everyone has been so supportive, helpful, and I am very grateful. After my first month, I got sick and had to go to ER and missed 4 days. My boss was understanding, the agency was understanding...and all I can say is I had the most outstanding help and support that is not typical to any staffing agencies I have ever dealt with. If you have true skills and want to work, and these people happen to call you...do not disregard their services. I have never dealt with any recruiting agency better than Sun Technologies. This is all a SCAM and nothing good ever comes out of wasting your time with all this unscrupulous Indian recruiters! They are out only to get personal information and a copy of your resume to use in their own illicit agendas directed by the "Executives" running their Offshore operations! These people are relentless and rude they will stop at nothing, this is total harassment and violation of U.S. Privacy Laws and they will continue to do so until the end of time, you need to file complaints and forward their information to the FTC in Washington DC. What ever excuse they tell you to justify how their recruiters misuse phone, computers is all pure BS, do not fall for any of this crap, these people are crooked and up to no good!!! They even submit your information to unknown clients without your consent and then you get emails from the U.S. based systems and when you call them if they get back to you and deny ever using your information or your resumes!
