Axiom solicited a posting for an experience mail clerk for their client, a local "Global Missionary…read moreOrganization." After applying, a representative contacted me for a phone screening interview. Although the agent failed to ask one question about my experience with mail operations, I was asked about my Christianity beliefs, which was information to be relayed back to their client. I was asked if I would commit to praying daily and seek the forgiveness of Christ, of which I responded that my Christian experience is based on the death and resurrection of Jesus and that he only had to die once for our sins and by praying daily in this fashion, I'm undermining the power of the cross. The agent didn't agree and discounted my interest immediately. This is my first experience with discrimination by "Christianity Correctness." Shallow, close-minded, and discriminatory.

Axiom Staffing Lawrenceville, GA office is very unprofessional. I was in the lobby near the front…read moreentrance and I heard the female recruiters in the back laughing it up and gossiping about another one of their potential employee failing their drug test and stating that person who failed acted like they didn't even care that they failed. This office administers their own employee drug testing at this location, yes, the urine cup thing in the bathroom and all, which is very uncomfortable anyway, but to hear them discussing the outcome of the drug test results and gossiping is very concerning and quite frankly appalling to me. They have no respect for their contract employees. They know nothing about not discussing employee's confidential information in public. I can only imagine how they must treat all of their contract employees, in public or in private. This week I called their office to discuss the reasons that I quit a position because the job description did not represent the actual duties in continuity and I called their office and informed them of my concerns and to offer them my feedback of their client's deficiency. I thought I was being helpful by offering my information. Instead of the recruiter taking my concerns seriously, the recruiter laughed in my face and said she couldn't help but laugh. Her behavior was very unprofessional. Before the telephone call ended the recruiter made a point of saying that she did not have another position for me. I didn't even ask about another position, however, no worries, as I will not contract with them again. This office definitely needs training going forward. They need to be trained on how to manage contract employee's confidential information, which should be in a confidential, professional and respectful manner. To demonstrate integrity, great work ethics and great customer service. And this training for the recruiters needs to be done now, sooner than later.
