I've never felt more beautiful! I've also never had lip filler in my life until this place. It was my first time and I've been there 4-5 times now and I've never had any bruising, my lips always get complimented on and people say how naturally beautiful that they look and they would've never guessed I had filler. so beautiful ! I recommend everybody to go to this place for their lip filler ! Just because one person had a bad experience/ review .... they probably had bad lip injections in the past and they blame it on the place that they went most recently. That's their issue of over filling over so many years. It's unfair to blame this on anyone. lip fillers can migrate over time from over filling etc. ..just saying! this was the best practice for filler and still is !!! THANK YOU 100000000+ HIGHLY RECOMMEND! It's gunna hurt FYI but I promise you will be so happy with results !.

My first appointment with V was three weeks ago. While at that appointment, I met another girl that got her lashes done by V. All she could do is brag about how good she was. I left that appointment very happy and satisfied with the quality, volume, and length of my lashes. I will definitely be coming to her every 3 to 4 weeks for the next three months. A hidden gem in Iowa City!!! I have been to the Jenny's Hair Salon several times (based on a…read morerecommendation, after going to several hair salons in the area), and became a regular customer. It's an enjoyable experience every time - knowing you're in the right hands, and that my hair will look exactly how I wanted (and I have high standards). Despite having a difficult hair (wavy, thick, coarse, dark brunette) she made it possible for me to go blonde (light blonde highlights) a healthy way, all through a stress-free process. The life of my highlights is extended. Besides being a true hair artist, Jenny is also very professional, and a wonderful person! And, for the results she creates, the prices are beyond affordable. I learned that Jenny goes to seminars throughout the world beauty centers (like Italy, Spain, Brazil, LA, etc.) which help her create great looks and stay current with trends. For an example, first time, she applied a highlighting technique from a seminar in Italy, and created light blonde highlights with no damage, no brassiness, and in one appointment (exact results were light brown hair with ash blonde highlights). At the last appointment, Jenny gave a layered haircut using a special technique she personally learned from a "Big Sexy Hair" product line owner. In addition, another time, she went out of her way and extended an appointment extra time in order to thoroughly color my hair (with blonde, foil, baby-highlights - which was a masterpiece). Jenny also taught me about factors that affect hair health such as pH balance, wintertime hair regimen, as well as various daily looks, and so on. You can ask her questions, and she answers without hesitation! Jenny uses the product line "Joico" which prove to be good quality, and GHD tools for styling. The hair salon and spa at her house is very relaxing and pleasant. This is a lengthy review, but hopefully it gives an idea about Jenny's Hair Salon services. Based on my experiences, Jenny truly cares about her haircare profession, and she is very focused on making her customers satisfied, and their hair beautiful. Than you, Jenny!!!

I will say I wasn't expecting a residential area when I mapped to her location, however was more than surprised how she had her home set up to accommodate her clients! I was pleasantly welcomed into her home and could tell right away that THIS was going to be wonderful! Jenny spent time telling me about the products she was using and did use during my service, I felt relaxed, comfortable and very glad that I decided to make this appointment. I had talked to Jenny about my previous hair situation (I had extensions and had no business having them), and she helped me understand what damage was done to my hair, the positives in the condition of my hair and how to get it where I wanted it to be again. She talked about all her trainings and her equipment that she uses for not only hair but facials, etc and I could tell that she genuinely loves alll things salon and spa! I left feeling beautiful, with nowhere to go! I will be booking more services and can't wait to see my hair in a year with Jenny helping me I KNOW it will be beautiful! Thank you for all you do, Jenny!
