Last year, someone messed up a big order for us and we needed a lot of credentials printed overnight, and they got them done early without a single eyeroll. My boss always asks if I can call the "magic print shop" because they always make everything work! Also, I'm not sure how to post images but we had some programs printed at both the FedEx print shop and here (there was a miscommunication). For just over 1/3 of the price, Spotlight printed the programs on higher-quality paper and the print quality was significantly better. I have photos of them side-by-side and it's unbelievable how much better Spotlight's printing was. We're so lucky they're nearby for us!!

Zero replies, not even a status update on why my order was not even confirmed yet. Don't have even access to the ebook, and didn't get any confirmation about delivery. Payment was confirmed successful. I ordered 3 books with them before and was happy about it, but this time I'm very disappointed. At this point I don't even know whether or not anybody is working at that company anymore, and whether I was scammed out of my money this time.
