It's a long story how I ended up at this Quality Inn for an overnight stay, but it happened…read more When we pulled up to the hotel, I immediately opened Google to look for other nearby options. This hotel looks like a horror movie set - Vacancy in real life. I was not pleased. I saw my boyfriend walk outside with a hotel staff person and go into two rooms before settling on the second one. I don't know what made one room better than the other, but I was ready to smell urine, see peeling paint and burn holes in the comforter, and break up with my boyfriend for bringing me to such a hellhole. But the room was really, really clean. Cleaner than some Marriotts I've seen. The desk and tv stand did not have a layer of dust and the bathroom was immaculate. I was not expecting any amenities, but there was a microwave and mini-fridge in the room along with a wardrobe that had wooden (!) hangers, an iron and an ironing board. They also have free wi-fi and the signal was great in our room. At one point, the tv remote stopped working, and we couldn't get the controls to work on the tv itself, so we asked for help and someone came immediately to reset the remote. Five stars for customer service. Other reviewers talked about the breakfast so I got up early to give it a try, and it was a disappointment. I had a biscuit with gravy and the biscuit was hard and dry and the gravy was less than lukewarm and oily. I also saw fake eggs in a disc shape for the first time. (Who is making these fake disc eggs and why haven't they been arrested for trying to kill people?) There is a waffle maker, cold cereal and some dry-looking muffins and pastries that I didn't take a chance on. I ate one sausage link and it was the best thing there; but I only ate one because I'm fat already. Lesson learned: what I think is a good breakfast is not what other people consider good. Since I wasn't killed and didn't bring home any unsightly rashes this experience was a lot better than expected. I don't know that I would stay here again because I'm a little bit bougie, but if you're not, you'll be fine.

They charged an extra $25.00 for her. The room was clean. They have a swimming pool although I think some people in the neighborhood drove to the pool instead of staying at the motel. Vending machines were right around the corner from us however they only accepted dollars. A hot breakfast is available in the morning. Would I come back here? As long as they keep accepting dogs, we will. I'll see you on the flip side.

The first room smelled awful -- like something died and someone just sprayed air freshener on top of it. I asked to switch rooms, and they moved me into a "suite." Turns out that was just a fancier way to describe more filth. The second room had thick dust everywhere, mold inside the AC, and mold creeping along the corners of the floor. I requested another room, but instead of helping, they told me maintenance would "check it out tomorrow." Spoiler alert -- no one ever showed up. When I followed up, they told me to grab Windex and disinfecting wipes from the gym and clean it myself. I'm sorry, but I paid for a hotel stay, not to clock in as housekeeping. While cleaning just to survive the stay, I found mold under the kitchen sink, chipped paint, mold in the bathroom, and even mold spots on some of the furniture. The kitchen area looked beat-up and dirty, nothing like the pretty photos online. Whoever took those pictures deserves an award, because the reality is straight-up catfish. I would've checked out sooner, but I was traveling for work with a ton of bags and no easy way to move everything again. Still, no one ever offered another room or a real solution. The staff acted like it wasn't a big deal. To make things worse, when I called customer service afterward, the only "resolution" they offered was a measly 10,000 points -- which equals about $50. That's insulting considering I spent over $500 to sleep in filth and breathe in mold. This hotel used to be decent, but now it's completely gone downhill. Between the odor, the dirt, the mold, and the lazy management, it's clear no one cares about guest comfort anymore. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else -- this place isn't worth your health or your money.

Everything is on point. Helpful staff, clean spacious room, GLORIOUS SHOWER with awesome water pressure that gets steaming hot if you want that (yes please always), vast vanity surface, goodly writing desk and other practical furnishings, mini fridge, microwave, lots of lighting options including natural light from the huge forest-facing window. My stay overlapped Election Day, 2024, and having early-voted in my home state, I was glad to relax after a day of physical labor and watch the results on the large, beautiful TV. A few hours in I was craving a snack and OH MY GOODNESS there is courtesy POPCORN in the lobby . How great is that?!

My king suite was very spacious and I loved being on the 8th floor. The bed was comfy as well as the pillows. Unfortunately, I didn't get to attend breakfast. I had everything I needed in this suite. My only complaint would be the noisy HVAC system. It was soooo loud thought it was gonna explode. Thankfully it didn't! I utilized the hotel garage parking for $18 since street parking was limited and dicey. This hotel is beautifully decorated and all of the staff encountered were pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

I do miss the 2 sides with windows thought but the change is offset by have a bedroom with a door to exclude the kitchenette and sitting area, and 2 TVS. I really love having that door. It's VG for us to have a choice. Extra kudos to the breakfast chef. The Sat & Sunday taco menu is really good, loved the pulled chicken and pork, the 3 cheeses and the red & green salsas, not to forget the pickled red onions to kick up the heat a notch. Every employee I came into contact with was helpful and quick to smile. I still highly recommend this hotel.

We got there and where charged a rate of $110. Total $122 for non smoking room.$ 125 for smoking/ pet room with an additional 25 dollar pet deposit. Attempted to get in the non smoking room and the door would not open, ended up having to get a diffrent room, we where bearly able to get into that room and found the reason the door was not opening was because the screws for the hinge on the door were stripped and sticking out 1/2 inch. Sheets where stained and did not look washed. The smoking/pet room my kids where going to stay in was absolutly uninhabitable. Found large roach on the wall by one of the beds and a smaller one crawling on the side of the other bed. Dirt and filth on the floor. The walls had some dried fluid on the walls, the sheets had dried blood on them, the bedding had burn holes and various bodily fluids and stains on them. There was what appeared to be black mold and a slim jim in the AC unit. The chair in the room also was stained with various bodily discharges. The paint was bubbled and peeling, the mirror in the bathroom looks as though it had not been wiped off, maybe ever. That is just some of the highlights. Needless to say we could not stay there and had to fight with the front desk agent for any refund even when confronted with pictures. Will never stay there and recommend it be condemned.

We had two queen beds with tons of desk and storage space... great for keeping toddler hands out of trouble, and the living room/kitchen area with the curtain divider giving us some separation of space... perfect for getting the baby down while we watched TV. We initially booked two nights, but we arrived in town late and decided to extend our stay by an extra night (there was some confusion with this and it cost me a little extra, but this was a Hilton corporate issue and no fault of the hotel itself). Valet is the only parking option and the fee is reasonable (I think $20/night) and they were always quick to have the car ready downstairs. When we checked in we were greeted by Scott and he was such a welcoming greeting committee after a long drive. He even ran upstairs and set up the provided pack and play while we gathered our bags. We saw him daily throughout our stay and he was always helpful and personable. He was definitely highlight of our comings and goings each day. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, bars, and shopping and we always felt safe in the downtown area. We even made sure to get downstairs a couple days to take advantage of breakfast and it was well stocked and a perfect way to start the day. I will be staying here again for sure.

The elevators were fast, wifi efficient, and there's a complimentary breakfast with some nice, drink options like almond milk and chocolate milk. At first, I didn't see any hot foods like eggs and sausage and then realized they were placed inside cases which I think of for bread and pastries. Breakfast could be improved, but it got the job done. The room is bright and spacious with plenty of shelving, a desk and a kitchen area. The bathroom is small with a nice walk in shower. The only potentially tricky part is parking. You can pay valet, or look for street parking (free on weekends) or choose from several nearby parking garages. The location is at the north end of Main Street.
