$6800. 20 months. 2 matches. Signed up at 69 and soon to be 71. This is nothing but intentional misrepresentation / scamming. We know who they are. We know where they are. They should be in jail. Here in Florida they are primarily stealing from the elderly population. Run from these folks and don't look back. I moved to Naples, FL at the end of May, 2021. On June 16, 2021 I made a payment of $6800 to Sun Coast Introductions, LLC in Bonita Springs, FL for up to eight matches who met my short list of criteria (must be a golfer; also honest, fun, financially secure). Erin explained that she hoped it wouldn't take eight matches to find a good match for me. During the three day reconsideration period, I sent an email to Erin to confirm that my expectations were realistic - that there were folks in their current database who would actually be good fits for me. She responded back in the affirmative: "your expectations are very realistic and you will find success here". A couple of weeks later I received a match from Alycia. The match was Bob and I drove to Cape Coral to have lunch with Bob and quickly learned he has never played golf and has no intentions of trying to learn how to play at this age in life. Alycia was apologetic and agreed that Bob should not count as a match. Then along comes Harry He was very pleasant and has played golf but he rarely plays - every month or two. I am still looking for a golfer. Harry and Bob are not golfers. After that I got a call that there was a possible match for me. I asked "is he a golfer?" She did not know but would make a call and get back to me. I then heard from her that he plays putt putt. I explained that putt putt is not the same as golf. Then in January 2022, I actually got a real match. Jim plays golf two or three times per week. We went out a few times. It didn't work out but it was a real match. After a couple more of their failed attempts at a real match, they finally came up with a second match. There was never any hope for that one but he qualified as an actual match. Nothing since then. For $6800 there is no one who thinks that two matches over 20 months is acceptable. And who knows if or when match #3 would ever come. At this rate, I might well be dead before they ever call with another match. They say there just aren't any golfers. Well we are in the golf capital of the planet. I pointed out that this relationship was not working out and that we should come to a fair resolution. They have no interest in doing that. They simply plan to keep the money with continued non-performance. At this point a business owner who cared at all about their clients and their service and their reputation would apologize profusely that they have wasted 20 very valuable months of my life and provide at a minimum a prorated refund of my payment or $5100 (75% of $6800 - they provided two matches rather than eight). They insist that there is no deadline on when they can find matches so who knows - maybe they'll reach out to me in 2044 with the match of a lifetime. They are not concerned at all about demonstrating honorable intentions or respecting honorable expectations or living by a very reasonable spirit of agreement. I also said I prefer my age or 3 years younger From Feb.2023 to almost September, 2023, I received two matches only which certainly did not meet my criteria. This is the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. The "intake coordinator" uses a lot of small talk and empty promises to ingratiate herself with potential members. She also made it seem like she was the best line of contact, but that was absolutely not the case. My only match was outside of my paramenters as far as age is concerned (which I mentioned, was a very important factor to me.) I had no idea who my matchmaker was - I got emails from 4-5 random people that I had never met. There was never once an introduction to my matchmaker or an explanation of how the process works. When I complained and asked for help, they kept telling me "unfortunately there's nothing we can do." I'm a business owner and I am appalled at the way they run this company. I contacted this company as a way out of the typical "online dating" circus. They claimed to be personally investing in matching clients based on real needs, wants, and compatibilities (including desire for marriage, children, etc.). After going to their informational-gathering meeting, I paid over $7000 to sign up, hoping this might be the way to meet my future husband and father of my children. However, when I called to cancel the next day, they basically refused to honor the 3-day cancellation policy. Instead, they made it sound like this was my last chance to find someone and pushed me into keeping the contract (even though I was dating someone at the time and told them this). They seemed to NOT care I was already in a relationship. This is completely COUNTER to what they said about NOT accepting clients who are not ready for real relationships. I was already in a relationship. Instead of a caring group of matchmakers, I found that this company is only interested in charging exorbitant prices (over $7000) to "match" you with people who are NOT compatible with you. For example, I very clearly stated my goal was to get married. Yet each 3 of the dates I went on revealed that was NOT their goal. Moreover, I found out that none of my dates was interested in having children. To the point that one nice man apologized to me for the fact that the company mis-matched us. The company's response was to do nothing. Absolutely NOTHING. They said that since I had accepted 3 dates, they flat out refused to refund any money. Even though ZERO of their matches fit my criteria for a relationship. Their "compromise" was to get me to "gift" my remaining dates to a family member or friend (why would I want to give someone I cared about a crappy dating service???). Here's what happens: You go down to the office and have a lovely conversation with Minty or some other person and they assure you repeatedly that you will find your perfect match. You are told over and over that you will meet a quality match that fits your preferences. You complete a questionnaire and tell them what you're looking for in a match and what you're not looking for. You will be reassured that they have an 80% success rate and that your match will pay at least as much for the service as you are. If you're a woman, you will be told that some men have offered to pay the fee for other women once they've matched. Sounds sweet, right? So you sign up. They say they're going to do a background check to assure you that you are going to be safe on your dates. After you sign on the dotted line, you wait a few days for your own background check to pass, then you'll likely meet someone you would never ever in your life go out with, but because you want to trust the process, you agree to a date. If, as it was in my case, the date's not a success, you hope that the next one's going to be better. You complete the survey and give feedback about your date and hope for the best. After a week or so, when you haven't heard from Suncoast Introductions, you might start calling and texting them, as I did. After several calls and texts, you might talk to them and they'll promise you a new match. Eventually, when you meet the second person, they may be physically more to your liking, but their beliefs and ideals are contrary. Bottom line: Suncoast Introductions does NOT provide quality matches or timely introductions. Cost: Varies by the person. I've seen everything from $1,000 to $5,000. Beware and if you want to give them a shot, NEGOTIATE. Results: NONE so far Attentiveness: Nonexistent Number of Dates: 2 in two months Responsiveness: VERY LOW. I did the 3day cancellation noted in there contract but was in the hospital and unable to cancel in 3 days after notification of I didn't do this in time I did file a complaint with my bank requesting a investigation of charges in the 3 day cancellation policy after a conversation with them I was told to supply them with a doctors note backing up my claim and they would cancel my contract we have hipa and was told they couldn't release any information to just anyone getting a note saying I wasn't able to honor my contract do to illness wasn't going to happen now there giving me a bad time over my cancellation I'm able to supply them with the hospital stay and release date stating my condition it seems this isn't good enough for them they still refuse to cancel my contract insisting I still need a doctors note from who the hospital ? maybe I can get a copy from Florida Cancer what the hospital notes say I've been dealing with 3cancers liver,colon and prostate cancers for 5 years now how dare them not to honor my request read more

I have tried to give this company every opportunity to prove the negative reviews wrong. I just won't happen. They are a total waste of money, fail to return calls and make promises they have no intention of keeping. Forget about their matching abilities and promises to " be a resource for any issues that come up ". I have had 4 matches over the past 17 months ( I did put my account on hold for 4 months). The first man was great but only in the country for 2 weeks. Not helpful and they would not give me credit for that match. The second wanted someone who was here in Florida full time. I made it very clear to the agency that I was not here in the summer. The 3rd match, was so far removed from my preferences that is was a waste time.
