From the very first second, Armando made us feel completely comfortable and at ease. We were able to move naturally and pose without feeling stiff or self-conscious--the entire shoot flowed so smoothly and effortlessly! Armando has an incredible eye for detail, light, and composing the perfect shot. The final results are beyond amazing and turned out exactly how we imagined them. A huge shoutout to Chris for the editing! The colors, brightness, and contrast are flawless. Everything was processed so tastefully while keeping a natural look--no cheesy or heavy filters, just authentic and beautifully done. The communication throughout the entire process was seamless. Right from the start, there was a strong sense of trust and Chris was always super fast to respond to any questions. On top of all that, the value for money is exceptionally fair. We were completely blown away by the turn-around time--we received all our finished photos and the video in under 4 business days! If you are looking for a professional, talented, and reliable team, look no further. We highly recommend them!

What a spectacular wedding! Memorable, extraordinary, stunning, fun, romantic, and emotional are…read morejust a few words that come to mind when I think back at a truly wonderful day. That day could not have come to be without the hard work, planning, organizing, and orchestrating of such an amazing team, Zeta Entertainment. Roxy and her team helped my husband and myself along the year journey to our wedding day, and honestly the journey was all part of the fun. I met our coordinator extraordinaire after visiting a bridal show. After trying to start the whole wedding planning process myself and becoming very overwhelmed, I decided to call them. I met with Roxy to go over what I had in mind including theme, personal touches I really wanted, any plans for a location, how many people I wanted, and budget. She was very enthusiastic about what I had in mind and made me feel very comfortable about having everything I wanted included within budget, so we signed up for full event planning! Roxy helped us with the entire process from start to finish and am so thankful for her guidance, organization, amazing connections, and even better negotiating skills! Once she get's to know you and your partner's personalities and quirks she'll be sure that everything being planned out is in your favor, to your likes and vision. Not only is she coordinator and director, she becomes personally vested in the event, making it just as much hers as yours. As soon as I saw this, which didn't take long, I knew we were in good hands and that she would do everything she could to make our day spectacular. We chose DJ and lighting though Zeta and had the chance to work with Saul. After meeting to speak about our preferences and organizing the songs for the ceremony, I knew we were in for a party! He definitely knows how to read the crowd to keep people on the dance floor and having fun. Honestly people are still talking about what a great time they had at our wedding because they danced all night long and didn't want the party to end! Roxy introduced us to our amazing photographer, Victoria. I really wanted something unique that I had never seen before and I got my wish and so much more! From one-of-a-kind underwater photography for our save the dates, to lovely engagement photos, to gorgeous wedding day photography, we couldn't have asked for more from Vicky. Her work is beyond compare! She also introduced us to our videographer, Jose. I've never met someone who is so emotional about his work and goes out of his way to ensure every detail is captured. We are so happy with how our wedding video came out and still cry every time we see it. He did an amazing job with editing, song selection and capturing the vision of our spectacular day! We also decided on the photo booth. We had a photo of us on the actual prints so that our guests could have them as a keepsake. Everyone loved it and when I go over to friends and family's homes they still have them up on their fridge! I could go on and on about how happy were with everything. Just a little advice for those looking for a wedding coordinator, I know it can be difficult to open yourself up to other options if you have very particular ideas in mind. Do yourself a favor; be open to their professional opinion, as I learned. Once I did, the result was simply magical! Thank you to the entire team at Zeta Entertainment; especially Roxy, Saul, Victoria, Jackie, and Jose, for helping us create this beautiful memory that will last a lifetime. We were beyond thrilled with the outcome!

So you can imagine that with being out-of-state, it was sometimes a pain when it came to vendor hunting. Here is how V&J went above and beyond for us: + Before the day of our wedding, they went and scoped out our airbnb's location (it was near where they lived) for potential first-look locations outside the house + Were SO down-to-earth and easy to talk to! Very approachable and friendly :) + Traveled to 2 locations: airbnb (getting-ready site) and our ceremony/reception venue + I don't think I saw them eat a single thing the entire time -- they starved right along with us, the bride and groom - LOL + We had contracted them from 2-9p, and when we asked if we could extend an addtl hour for more photos, they had one of their photographers stay back to keep up with the party :D The teasers/photos have been gorgeous, and all I'm waiting for now are the last set of videos. :) This was their timeline for those interested (for our photos/videos). I'm sure your mileage may vary depending on how busy they are! + Highlight photos: 45ish days + Teaser video: 45-60 days + All photos: 60-75 days + Highlight videos (speeches, etc): 12-16 weeks We unfortunately did not get to do an engagement shoot with them or post-wedding shoot since we're now based out of TX. BUT, we would hire them again in a heartbeat for anything else whenever we're back in SoFlo. :)
