There were several ATMs outside as well as one in the drive through. The security guard was friendly and opened the door for me. I was quickly greeted by a wonderful blonde woman in the lobby who directed my to a banker who helped me get the card. The banker was so amazing and not only helped me get a debit card but fixed a few other problems that I was putting off. The line to see a teller was quite long but all of the employees seemed happy and efficient no matter what. There were a few angry customers but it is hard to understand why all of them would be in that long line. I hardly ever visit an actual bank with all of the technology I have right in my pocket. Between the mobile app and direct deposit I never have to go to a teller anymore. While the teller line moved quickly the woman from the lobby continued to try and help everyone in line and make sure they were there for the right reason. She ran back and forth from the line, to the tellers and back to help the people waiting for bankers and all with a smile. I can tell this branch gets very busy but they certainly have the right people working to be able to get the job done. The building's interior looked a bit outdated but when I had mentioned the 70s style of it to the banker he told me they would be remodeling it with offices sometime in 2017. This will be nice since it would be much more comfortable talking about my finances in an office and not four feet away from other desk. Before I left I was introduced to both of the managers, two very intelligent young women, who thanked my for my long time relationship with the bank and made sure all of my problems were solved. I was thankful for this mostly because their banker had identified the problems I was putting off and it was not their department's fault but they handled my problem with such confidence and ease. Overall I can tell the employees really love their branch and take pride in making it a happy place no matter how busy they might get. Reading the past reviews, people might judge this place for the teller line only or maybe they have had some staffing changes recently that have really brought the best out of Bank of America. Whatever it is.. It's working!

EFFICIENCY is lacking! Felt like I was at the DMV. Teller moving at sluggish speed. New tellers…read moreneed more training before going live. The line is always long and forget about the business line. Most of the time, no teller is there, so business clients hoping to zip in and out in a flash, you can forget about it.
