I have come to this facility for three different issues over the last six years. The first issue…read morewas for my right rotator cuff. The second was for my left hip. They use a combination of exercises, stretching and electrical stimulation. I believe I attended 3 times a week for about 8 to 10 weeks each time. They also gave me exercises and stretches to do at home which I still do. Both times, the issues were completely resolved. I am currently attending for a fall that occurred in October 2022. I injured my right leg. I broke the cuboid bone in my foot and am still experiencing pain. I'm also been experiencing pain in my right knee and hip. I've been attending for about the last month but because of commitments, not able to attend as regularly as I'd like, but It is feeling better already. I'll update this review once I'm done with this session.

Most recently, I went in with right knee pain, and after a series of sessions I felt so much better. The care here is truly exceptional. Dr. Darren is excellent and thorough. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly kind, and they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. It almost feels fun to be there--you genuinely forget about the pain while you're in their care. The facility is perfect, the location is convenient, and this is absolutely the place we choose for our physical therapy needs. Highly recommend.

I was having major postpartum lower back pain that I had been dealing with it for 9+ months and it…read morewas just getting worse. After dealing with this pain for so long I was desperate for a fix. I'd never done PT before so I didn't know what to expect. Colleen was fantastic to work with, she was patient and listened to my concerns (and complaining)! This location specializes in women's health and even more specifically postpartum care. The first thing they did when I came in to see them was do a pelvic evaluation. She was also able to check to see if I had diastasis recti, which I did. She came up with a game plan of exercises I did there and then was supposed to do at home (which I did diligently). We'd build on the exercises each week as well. I liked that I could come in and ask questions and make sure I was doing the newer exercises correctly. The first few weeks of the PT sessions I wasn't getting any better and was feeling pretty down about it, but Colleen explained it does take time. She also started to work on my back and do some deep tissue massages that was SO PAINFUL but SO HELPFUL afterwards. It loosened me up so much for the whole day and sometimes even for the entire week. After about a month and a half of going I started to see small changes. I couldn't even stand for a second without my back hurting prior to going in. Standing up from sitting was also extremely painful. That started to go away slowly. I was hopeful one moment and then would go back to pain and again get frustrated, but I stuck with my exercises and Colleen stuck with helping me feel better through new ways to perform the motions or just words of encouragement. Finally around week 9 or 10 I started to feel sweet relief and it was awesome. I was like, okay, this is actually working and helped me feel better. My back is feeling better now and I'm so glad to share this resource for other women going through postpartum pain (or pain in general). Colleen was truly a delight to just chat with in our sessions. We would often get derailed by talking about good food and wine. So don't get discouraged, just give them a call! This was actually my second PT after the first one (a male) didn't seem to take me seriously. This issue needed a specialized place and I'm glad I found them!
