She completely ignored my main concern-hair shedding-and tried to push unwanted acne prescriptions instead. When I expressed frustration and broke down crying from the stress, she showed no compassion, refused to test or examine me, and walked out. A provider should reassure their patients, not bully them or abandon them when they are distressed. Completely unacceptable conduct.

I called again - oops we are sorry it shouldn't have done that. They can not provide proof in writing that I ever agreed to have them bill my credit card YEARS after I was last seen - especially since I was never sent a bill. Also the doctors name on the email was NOT the name of doctor I saw. This has been a nightmare. Every time I call I get a different answer. I had to cancel my credit card to get this madness to stop.

What distinguishes Dr. Choi from most physicians however, is the way he advocates for his patients. There have been times when I was physically, emotionally, or otherwise unable to advocate for myself, and he stepped into that role without hesitation. The specialists are knowledgeable and trained to take care of your concerns! My most recent appointment was my favorite so far. I had laser genesis done on my face and the specialist was great about keeping me aware of what the treatment entails and what to expect. I wanted to know more about the Image Products and both her, the receptionist, and another woman at the front helped me out. The receptionist started talking about her own personal experience with acne and she was super kind and relatable. The environment was very welcoming. I wish I remembered more names, because those three ladies were great. A woman named Peyton has been my favorite for the facials so far, and I do really like the manager, Candace. So far, I have only had small administrative and scheduling issues. Two of the scheduling conflicts occurred on holiday's, so I am not too upset about those instances. It took me a while to get a receipt, but really what I was trying to access was a summary of the acne protocol package and a copy of my contract. I did end up getting a summary of the acne package. I am sure I can get a copy of my contract next time I ask, I just stopped requesting. Regardless, I left the cons for the end because I would still fully recommend Spoiled, and will followup if anything changes.
