After more searching I found JC Escobar and decided to call. It was 8PM and I expected to get an answering machine, but Mr. Escobar picked up and asking if could come take a look that night. They were extremely helpful in recommending/supplying modern products that would meet both current building codes and our Historic Review Board approvals . Their expert installation looked marvelous. Over the years it has continued to look and function extremely well and stood the test of time... Much to our dismay, in December of 2025, an in-attentive driver jumped the curb & sidewalk to remove a large portion of the front facing fence. Gleave Construction came to our rescue. With the utmost care and professional workmanship they were able to make a perfect repair of our property. That said, in-spite of having to deal with the Huntington lime stone shards & bedrock, they were able to remove the damaged posts that were set in concrete. And reset new posts and fencing as needed. This included custom fabricating/matching materials used 20 years ago. We could not be more pleased with the valuable services provided by Gleave Construction personnel- the owners, the office staff AND the installers are wonderful people to work with.
