When I told him I wanted all the middle brackets back on all the doors (OBVIOUSLY) he said "oh you didn't tell us you wanted that." Really? I have to tell you how to do your job? Why the hell would I want the middle bracket back on 1 door but not the other 3??? Did you ASK ME what I wanted?? I noticed this AFTER I made the mistake of paying him; he told me he would call me and let me know when he could put me back on his schedule. That was 3 weeks ago. I've called and texted him over a dozen times since then, I see he reads my texts and ignores them and avoids my phone calls. You should avoided this company.

I said "no problem" because he seemed seriously concerned about his reputation and said he would schedule the job asap. In FOUR MONTHS HE HAS NEVER returned dozens of calls or texts. His office responded after two of my recent reviews and said "he was concerned about the bad reviews" and blamed the "delay" on staffing issues. STILL NOTHING! I strongly recommend not using him for your flooring projects. I am not going to stop the bad reviews until he keeps his word and repairs my floor. STAY TUNED
