Booked $299 Botox injection with Summit dentist. When i called Summit Dentist to make an appointment they told me literally that "as a Groupon client I can be served ONLY between 11 am to 3 pm from Monday to Thursday". I objected, cos Summit Dentist did not provide this data at their deal and Terms and Conditions on Groupon. I treat this behavior as a disrespect to me as a client and classical marketing misleading. I contacted Groupon Support, explaining that only refund would not be enough. I do not really think that Groupon sees their marketing strategy as a business of "second sort" clients. read more

I needed an emergency extraction of a decaying wisdom tooth, I had been to ER the night before and was exhausted! I called them and they got me in the next morning! The office was very easy to find and there was no wait! All of the staff was friendly! Dr OK got my tooth out in one piece so fast! She was so patient and caring I want her to be my Dentist! Even the assistant was very attentive and caring! We talked about personal things and they really made me feel safe. Dr Ok is SO fantastic, that when I moved away from the Summit area, I continued to drive an hour for my dental appointments. She is kind, pleasant, thorough, and most importantly GENTLE! I have NEVER felt the tiniest bit of pain sitting in her chair. She goes above and beyond to make you comfortable, from the tvs, to the fact that she makes it so that you don't feel the numbing shots AT ALL. The staff and Dr. Welfel-Peters were incredibly helpful, especially due to the fact that I have some extenuating needs that can make appointments more challenging. I absolutely love my dentist and her crew. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, and professional. I love how my dentist, Dr. Welfel personally remembers details about me and cares about my life. Everyone that works there is so friendly and wants to start a conversation with you I never feel uncomfortable when I am at this dentist. I also think this office took very safe precautions with COVID as temperature checks, and no waiting room sitting was ensured. Dr. Ok & the staff are wonderful! My first visit, they informed me of issues that my previous dentists never caught and/or made me aware of! I have been going to Dr Ok for over five years for various fillers and Botox. She is an expert injector. My results are always natural that's why I go to her year after year.
