This is a women owned and ran small business from a former preschool teacher with an extensive knowledge and passion for early childhood education and development. The pricing is reasonable and they work with programs for financial assistance. The curriculum is age appropriate, fun, and engaging. Cannot express the gratitude and respect I have for Molly and her crew!

We toured them right when they opened and I immediately loved the way it was set up. The first time I saw it was actually before they started any children, and I loved the setup. The sign in system is really easy to use, and they also use KidReports which gives us an update on our boy and when he ate, napped, snacked etc. The price was really reasonable, far better than most places in Gresham-I'm telling you - we initially did it two days a week and we've switched to five days because he loved it so much. The Staff is absolutely the friendliest I've seen, and my son absolutely loves his teacher and everyone who works there. My son is 22months old and since starting has learned to say thank you, yay, do all of the wheels on the bus actions, wash his hands and more. I actually have used three daycare centers at different times for different reasons. This really is my favorite. The people come off as nicer and in many cases more experienced and I've noticed the older children all interact with the toddlers and in a great way. Which anytime you see kids running around toddlers, it's like they have no idea they're there or they're too rough with them. Not here, you can tell they're taught to care and play with others. The building is a good size and their play area is awesome. They have a fancy ceiling to floor game system too that helps learn different things like letters. My wife and I have never felt safer when we dropped our son off. If you're considering looking at them, please do. It'd be a real shame if they didn't have enough kids to stay open. And right now I can almost guarantee they have the resources and openings that they would love your business. Not only do I think they'll earn it when you walk in, they'll keep it every day when you walk out. They're right near the Gresham Vision Center and a building or two before the Gresham Public Library. If you're looking for a daycare center, you'd be silly not to at least take a look or give them a call. -Tiberius's Dad

I recommended pixie to my daughter, because I also have many friends in the area who have told us good things. I think you can really tell when people truly care. They know her every quirk, and how to deal with her moods et.al. I finally got around to writing this review, because I am working with Headstart professionally, and have heard their ladies talk about how great Pixie is and how they are partnering with them. Kids are too precious to settle for anything less.

And after meeting with the Owner/Director of Pixie Child Care, I felt as though she really had my son's best interest at heart. But what made me feel it was the right place for my son to be, was that he never came home and told me about how he had been disciplined to excess, or having not been fed, or kids treating him poorly, and I felt comfortable continuing to take him there. He enjoyed going, and at that time, my son often had trouble being away from me. They have a great playground area located in the rear of the building and the teachers have a curriculum so my boy wasn't sitting around on his todd doing nothing. Child care was a stressful situation for me to find the right fit, but I was relieved we found Pixie Child care. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good place for your son or daughter to go to while you're working.

The director Emily has been with him from day one. She is truly the heartbeat of the school, and we couldn't be more grateful for her. I am always at ease knowing he's treated with kindness and patience and that his days are filled with learning, fun, and friends. Nicole is just amazing, he loves her so much! I can't believe we're on to Kindergarten, a big heartfelt thanks to everyone helping him to be so well prepared for this next adventure.

The fill in director,…read moreTaylor, is doing such a great job not only running the day to day things for our school, but also for the families and her staff. She is always doing what she can to get answers to parents questions, and if she doesn't know the answer she gets it. Even with the covid restrictions, the staff here have done everything they can to keep the school open and healthy. I am really liking the summer camp program that the pre-k class started last month, Road Trip Summer Adventure. Each week they travel (pretend) to a different state to learn about things that stand out in history, events, or places. It's awesome knowing that they have a curriculum that fits every child's needs of learning and interest.
