There is a clerk there and a lawyer that I met but the service is very, very spotty. They are unresponsive. Try sending a note through their website - you won't get a response. That should have told me something, but I submitted twice, and no reply, but I visited them and paid them anyway. ----- It's not June 29, 2012, and I've received an email from Yelp saying the business owner has complained about my review.
