If I could give Fundia "0" stars, I would! This company is the absolute worst that I have ever had…read moreto work with in my life! Everything started off great until I signed up for their service. After signing up, that's when everything started to go down hill with their service. I would call to followup with my assigned account manager and NO ONE would answer the phone...and I called throughout the day with no answer! I also would send emails and I may get a response here and there. I made sure to follow the instructions given to me by my account manager and when they found some funding for me, the rate was horrible! However, one of my banks that I had been with for years had finally called me back and provided me with a larger loan amount at a better interest rate. Before I accepted the loan, I spoke with my account manager and she gave me the green light to accept it and I was told that I would not be charged a finders fee because I found a better loan and rate. Fast forward a month, by this time I should have had my lines of credit available and credit cards for my business as promised. Unfortunately, that was not the case! I tried multiple times to get ahold of my account manager for 2-3 days but got no answer when I called her on the phone nor did I receive an email response. Finally, I sent a detailed email to their organizational email box and to my account manager letting them know that their customer service was horrible and that if they did not assign me a new account manager that is capable of helping me achieve the goal that was originally set, then I would take my business else where! Once the email was received by Fundia, a senior account manager called and tried to apologize and promised to do whatever it took to rectify everything on my account. Unfortunately, he turned out to be a jerk! He sent me an unprofessional email stating that I did not disclose that one of my credit cards was maxed out and that was the reason why i was not receiving funding. My first issue with him was that the fact that he was unprofessional through an email and secondly, he had accused me of something that I was not aware of in the first place. You see, Fundia is suppose to pull your credit report and identify whether you need to pay down any of your credit cards in an effort to make you look fundable to lenders. I followed the instructions given to me by my account manager and she verified that all was good to go. So in essence, they did not do a good job of catching the fact that one of my credit card companies had liquidated my credit card without my permission (which i quickly had them fix). Once I sent him an email back explaining that it was in fact the bank's fault and that my account manager nor the underwriter's had caught the mistake... so I was not aware of it myself....he had nothing to say. After this incident occurred, I realized that this company was unprofessional and was not capable of delivering the services that they had agreed upon. Due to their poor customer service, I had to push the launch date of my company because the funds were not acquired as promised. I decided to stop giving them opportunities to correct their mistakes and sent them an email to cease all work on my account and that I no longer wanted to work with them to acquire funding for my business. A day or 2 later, I receive a bill in my email for $400+, which took me by surprise because they hadn't done any work for me period! However, whomever was behind the written email didn't agree. I questioned the charge and of course they claimed that they acquired a loan for me that I had accepted. Unfortunately, this was not true, as I had mentioned earlier in my review, I took the loan from my bank because it was a larger amount at a lower interest rate. In addition, I was given permission to accept this loan by my account manager. In the end, DO NOT waste your time with this terrible company! They will not fulfill their end of the agreement and leave numerous inquiries on your credit that YOU have to pay to have removed! * * *

I was able to work with Fundia and use there funding method. I was greeted by a young gentleman…read morethat was very upbeat and informative. He explained the process very well walking me through the steps before we moved forward. After I had an appointment arranged to speak with a Funding Advisor who was also very pleasant to speak with. They broke down my options to make sure it made sense to me. (I'm a little hard headed at times but, they guided me through it.) Then, I followed their instructions and did exactly what my account manager had described. It was Easy. I got access to credit lines that I can now grow my business with. I would recommend this company to anyone, really, I mean ANYONE.
