Lukas also helped with removing 4 trees and even hauled off them + many other loads of construction debris. He doesn't usually do this type of work according to his wife, but since the location was so close to his yard they agreed to place 4 stones to accent/border my yard. I picked um out and marked them. Over the course of this job I've called them 7 times according to my phone call logs. Marcella has actually CALLED ME BACK 1 TIME OUT OF 7, THAT'S 14%. Not very good. This last time i called and spoke with her June 10th@2:53pm. She said I'll call you back Monday the 12th. At about 430pm I called and after not being called back and she said sorry I didn't get a chance to talk with him, I'll call you at noon Tuesday the 13th. It's now Tuesday the 20th and of course still nothing. I messaged her on Facebook and she had the never to say I never gave you a time id call you back. I write everything down so I don't make mistakes. I also don't like people who are dishonest. Just say your sorry and do better. Don't keep blowing me off. My word is my bond. I'm old school. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY DUE TO LACK OF COMMUNICATION. The guy is fantastic but his wife's communication skills are terrible.

The only down side was our written estimate was this : -dig up the sewer line at the back of the house and open dig To the side of the house and dig up the sewer line in the road and pipe burst a new 4'' hdpe poly pipe through the Existing sewer line. Install a cleanout at the house. backfill And grade-out where we dig and replace the concrete and Asphalt we remove. sewer permit and inspection. Owner responsible to have the ac unit removed so we can Dig down to the sewer line They did not dig in the road they used the man hole to pull the new pipe thru so the price should have been less but we were charged the same, I was told by numerous people the price should have been less
