This was the fifth and final stop on our house-hunting adventure. The first two was really for them. The last three was more for us. There were two other sales office in this lot: Mosaik and another. Both were closed and sold out. The woman who worked there told us their houses were sold out as well. We asked for previous pricing information, but that was not available. She did tell us that the next phase was starting in the 670s for single detached, a lot more expensive than Bradford. We had nothing to take with us and left. The location intrigued me though. Went: Sat Oct 3rd, 2015, 2 p.m. (75/100) We bought at Holland Landing previously and went to the sales center to do some things but decided to head to the Sharon sales office again to do some comparison shopping. Great Gulf is building in Holland Landing as well and they are a lot more expensive. However, they have better standard features and a great reputation, but you are paying a premium for that. Sharon, in general, is more expensive than Holland Landing. I really don't see why. I know it is closer to the highway, but Holland Landing is closer to all the desirable parts of East Gwillimbury and more developed. Comparable housing to what we bought was 100K more here, which made us feel better about our decision. That said, is we spent the money on a smaller property with Great Gulf at this location, I would feel quite good about that decision, though the girlfriend prefers more housing at Holland Landing.

This was the first time my girlfriend and I went house shopping together. This was out of the way for us and I was planning on looking at new developments in Bradford and Sharon later in the day. At this location, they give you free coffee. If I recall, there were four model homes available. Compared to Vaughan or Markham the prices were amazing, but it was 56 km from where the couple was staying now or 40 minutes away, so they would have to add about 1 hour and 20 minutes commute time to their day. For myself, it was just too far and wasn't a real consideration, but we both loved the prices, though some of the design in the model homes were less than ideal. If you're looking to live in this area, you should check them out.

Went: Sat Oct 3 2015 3 p.m. (70/100)…read more At this site, there are 3 builders for Sharon Village. Mosaik was closed the two times we went. Great Gulf has only a handful of houses left. Yorkwood was closed when we came here Sept 12, but was open now. However, they only had 70 lots starting at a million at a half.

We signed the paperwork with Allan on Tuesday, stager and photographer came Wednesday, house was officially up for sale Thursday. Allan arranged 2 open houses on the weekend and it was sold by Monday for well above asking price. Allan Henderson was awesome with dealing with the buyers and the other agents. I also really appreciated how courteous and timely the ladies in the office were when they would call or email about showings. Everyone we spoke with in the team were professional and treated us as important clients. We're very happy we went with Jay Miller and I would highly recommend anyone use them.

When we booked our house, we made a comparison between all the five builders at Mayfield Village and this one surpassed all of them. The area and the layout, the amenities and incentives Regal Crest provided were far better than others. Even when we went to the Design Centre, they treated us very comfortably, we took almost 4hrs in selection, they let us a visit prior as well. The representative explained us the options and was patient throughout. She understood we were first time home buyers and cooperated us with the same. We had an issue where CMHC wasn't approving the loan as they said the property didn't meet eligibility criteria, when contacted Regal Crest Head Office, they were extremely cooperative and provided us all documentation which would make the property meet their criteria. They genuinely wanted to help !! Even days before the closing, we had a pre inspection, Jeff was the supervisor on site, again went through each room and each minute detail educating us along the way. Very professional and thorough. At our one month Tarion Inspection, Mike from Head Office came over and asked us for any questions regarding the same, we showed him the smallest of things to be fixed, infact he pointed out some issues himself, all were completed well in time. Excellent Service provided by each member of Regal Crest !! Had a Great Fantastic Experience dealing with them !!
