I want to share our experience with Saeed Mojabi so others can avoid going through what we did. We…read morepurchased a piece of land through Saeed, and my husband, who is both an Architect and a General Contractor, designed a home for the property. He secured the necessary permits and arranged for water and electricity to be connected, significantly increasing the land's value. We then listed the property for sale again through Saeed. A buyer expressed interest, placed a contingency deposit, and we signed the agreement. A few days later, the buyer requested the plans and blueprints, which we provided. After some time, we learned from Saeed himself that the buyer hadn't signed the required contingency documents a crucial detail that Saeed had failed to inform us about. This omission left us feeling betrayed, as we had placed our trust in him. Instead of representing our interests, Saeed seemed more aligned with the buyer, particularly when he withheld this important information for several days. Upon discovering this, we decided to cancel the deal and requested the return of our plans. The day after the cancellation, my husband went to Saeed's office to collect them. To our surprise, Saeed greeted him at the door with an extremely unprofessional and rude demeanor. Despite the fact that we were the wronged party, Saeed acted as though we were the ones at fault. He failed to follow the proper legal procedures, neglected to keep us informed, and then had the audacity to treat us poorly. Saeed Mojabi's conduct as a realtor was not only unprofessional but entirely unacceptable.

Being as this was our first-time buying a home, we wanted to make sure we picked the best realtor out there who was knowledgeable, dedicated, and had our best interests in mind. We had a few realtors that we connected with, but immediately knew Sanam was the one when we had our buyer's consultation with her. What sets Sanam apart is the genuine care she has for her clients. We always felt her unwavering commitment in helping us find our dream home. She worked tirelessly every weekend until we found exactly what we were looking for. She made sure we were able to view any house we were interested in, and always made time to show it to us. On top of this, Sanam is exceptional at communication, and was always available and responsive to us. She responded back to us within a few minutes any time we texted or called her, and made sure to provide us with updates to keep us informed at every stage while we were in escrow. We were even able to get a leg up on other offers because Sanam was able to form a connection with the seller's agent. We beat out 5 other offers, 2 of which were cash-only, AND got credit towards our home because of her negotiation skills and ability to network. Overall, Sanam's positive attitude, infectious laugh, and kind personality made her a pleasure to work with. She made the home-buying process incredibly easy for us, and taught us so many things throughout the way. We have the utmost confidence in Sanam and her skills, and 100% recommend to choose her as your realtor.

Kelly Sold My Condo for +$38K Above Asking Price!…read more Let me start by stating I generally do not leave reviews but felt I should share my positive experience for those seeking a realtor. Ms. Taing was introduced to me in 2017 from a friend. I asked her to sell a condo in Vista, CA. I remodeled an old condo and investing more than $80K. Several realtors gave me an estimate of what they could sell it for, and I was not content with their price. Kelly came in and sold it, earning me an extra $76K! I asked her again in 2019 to sell my condo in Carmel Valley, and she got me $38K ABOVE asking price after the bidding war. I will continue to use Ms. Taing for each real estate transaction I make, either buying or selling. She has made each sell painless and has been honest, loyal, and trustworthy! I often thank our mutual friend for our introduction and will look forward to working with Kelly again.

Erica is the prime epitome of what any realty agent strives to be…read more My wife and I had finally initiated the process of first-time home buying and were specifically aiming for a centrally located condo. Luckily her co-worker referred us to an excellent Loan Officer, Zachary Di Salvo (whom my wife and I also highly recommend; on a side-note), and this step began a domino effect of positivity throughout the entire home-buying process (which may be absolutely traumatizing to some if not situated with an immaculate team: primarily the agent & loan officer). Loan Officer Zachary, in-turn, highly recommended Erica B. after we expressed our necessity for a well-versed, highly knowledgeable & experienced Agent. We could not have made a better decision than contacting Erica and scheduling an interview to see if we would all work well together. Upon our initial introductions, all the way through the conclusion of the meeting with Erica, my wife and I were beyond confident that she would be thee representative who would attain the perfect home for us and our future family. Her organized technique in presenting every little detail to the process of home buying was not only (and obviously) extensively informative to the novice-minded buyer, it was well-presented expeditiously to avoid loss of interest and she provided some resources (handbook, phone numbers, etc.) that we could & still refer to in cases of any inquiry my wife and I may have. I mention this detail because not many, and I re-iterate, not many realty agents will take the liberty of providing resourceful booklets or informative documents, let alone speak of the details a buyer should be required to learn prior to purchasing a huge investment such as a home. After searching through quite a few, personally selected condominiums in San Diego, we had finally come across 2 of which struck me and my wife's interests! Erica was extremely helpful, providing us with her personal opinion, without bias, and allowing both of us to mutually agree on our perfect start-up home. Although the Escrow process could have been much more stressful, Erica personally stuck with us throughout the whole process! No substitute agents ever took her place in our process but luckily, she could have even accommodated us with one if she, herself had prior engagements/appointments. One of the most important key traits of any agent that was necessary for myself and my wife, was communication. Never was there a time that any questions to details or inquiries we had for Erica were ever ignored, nor was there even a delay in response! At this point, with my high praise of Erica, it should already be apparent that her professionalism and expertise in this field, to say the absolute least, is extremely exuberant and should already reassure any new/experienced home buyer (inquiring for thee one realty agent that will thoroughly assist them in the process), and leave them without any reasonable doubt that they'll be in great hands with Erica, but accommodated even further with the entire Rising Realty team. ... Or aside from providing ALL this detail to the perfect service we received, I could have just stated: "My wife and I are beyond grateful for everything that Erica and her Rising Realty team have provided us with, throughout the entire First-Time Home Buying process!" ... But that would have left a generic, unflavored, idea of the type of experience a Home Buyer would (wishfully) assume of every other realty agent out there. Thank you for actually reading this far! And again, thank you for all you did and continue to do for my wife and I, Ms. Erica "The Lady Boss" - ian.

She's professional, polite, proactive, punctual, organized, positive, knowledgeable... I was referred to Lindsay by a Northern California realtor, as I was moving from Northern California to San Diego. Within a week Lindsay connected me with a great lender and provided me with additional information to help understand the homebuying process. (As a first-time home buyer there were many terms and processes that were foreign and confusing.) Over a span of a couple months Lindsay and I texted, called, emailed, and I flew to meet her on a few occasions to view properties. Although it was a little complicated purchasing a home in San Diego from Northern California, Lindsay made it work with ease. I always felt well taken care of with minimal stress and I trusted Lindsay was on top of things.
