At this time I had 13 months remaining of my maternity leave. I was advised there was no need to apply at this time by the lady I was speaking to and directed to call back when my son was a year old to complete the application. I was shocked at the direction and questioned her further as I was adamant about this being my son's daycare provider. She reassured me there wouldn't be an issue with placement and again told me It was to early to apply. I called back as directed prior to my son turning a year old and completed the application paid the fees. No mention again of placement not being available when I was to return to work. As a first time mom I was very inexperienced As to how this whole process works. I called the facility 2 months prior to returning to work to check in and see if there was anything I needed to do at this time as I had not heard from them. Only to find out my son would not have childcare for my return to work date. Mind you I work for the government and was in my position for 10 years. No one would help me not head office not the manage. It was basically insinuated I was lying about the information provided to me when I initially called. This of course put me in a position of trying to find child care less than 60 days before returning to work Or quitting my job due to now having no child care. The stress and angst this has caused has been unimaginable. How can a large recognized professional facility do this people in the middle of a childcare crisis! It made zero sense for me to lie as I would have just completed the application when I called initially and avoided this entire nightmare! The lack of professionalism and empathy and assistance the company has provided is appalling! I hope no other parent is put in this situation!

CEFA Fleetwood provided professional support and guidance for my kids. We wouldn't be able to come this far without their help. CEFA provides advance learning skill for children to be fully prepared before kindergarten. My children have learned so much everyday and enjoyed going to school. They loved their teachers, their school friends, and comes home happily. There's nothing else I can I ask for more! We are greatly appreciated and fortunate to pick CEFA.
