Bought 2 refrigerators from here. Was told ice maker and water worked. These were for 2 homes I renovated. Get them into the houses. The ice maker did not work How ya gonna sell a house at top price and not have a working refrigerator ( shame on me for trying to get out cheap) . After the first one I said I would never buy again. Well I did and regretted it. They say " we can't guarantee the ice maker". Even though they said it worked. I kick myself in the ass for giving this shady business another chance. Do not use this company! Sullivan Appliance cashed a check for $250 for parts and labor but never came back to fix our dishwasher. Never answered phone calls or returned messages after initial visit. Had to take them to court to get judgement to get our money back which we are still working on. Scam artists- Beware! read more

we recently called Sullivan Appliance and requested they repair our dishwasher. We paid $75.00 for their first visit and two young boys (Mr. Sullivans sons) checked out the machine and told us we need a three hundred dollar part and we would have to pay in advance for them to order th part from frigidare. We gave them a check and did not hear from them for several weeks Finally Mr. Sonny Sullivan came and installed the part only to find it did not work.. H said he was not able to fix the machine and would return our money. After a month of calling and begging him to return our funds he gave us a check for the three hundred dollars. The check turned out to be worthless and we have to still go to court with this jerk. We could have bought a new dishwasher for what we have lost. Please stay away from this man. read more

Hands down the best of three local repair agencies in my county, based on personal experience; he…read moreidentified other's mistakes and corrected their fault(s) every single time. Background: issued some type of home warranty service when bought house. Warning this is code for suspect agents working under this type warranty, as both I used were incompetent. IMHO, they offer reduced rates because no one else will hire them. Further, Home Depot and Lowe's personnel will make up excuses for inability to install gas products their company sells OR simply state you need a gas plumber to hookup gas in addition to their install team. Yes, the same install team you already paid for with item purchase. I digress. Whenever I need information I call Service Pro, because aside from affable nature, i get precise information from a real expert in the field. Go here first, then if you desire get other opinions. I am willing to bet a small confectionery you will pick Service Pro, every time; albeit the fun size candy bar... lamenting changes.

You can bring in your instrument and have them look it over and give you an estimate on the spot - no strings attached. Plus, they guarantee any of their work so if something didn't quite go as you'd like, you bring it back, they fix it. No hemming and hawing. They give you priority and attention. I took my clarinet out of storage after 15 years of not playing. Before that I was fairly aggressively classically trained. But now I have the bright idea of learning to play jazz. Hah! This poor, poor little Polish white girl. Hey. I'm trying. Anyway, after a couple lessons my horn started pissing me off. Doing funny things. And I swore it wasn't my embouchure. I brought it in to Meis. They are swamped over the summers doing band repair for many nearby schools so about a two week turn around time is to be expected. Since they're used to doing high-volume repairs for young kids, you may find that they might skim over the more subtle kinks in your instrument. The best thing to do is to play it for them and have them hear exactly what is bothering you. Seems like there are at least three guys here - one guy definetely specializes in clarinet repair. Reasonably priced with people who will stand behind their work and give you respect. That's surprisingly hard to come by these days. Go check 'em out.
