Nice office and staff. Parking lot can be hard to get in and out of due to location. No appointment needed for adjustments, so there can be a wait.
As a new patient I was told over the phone that an exam would be $50 and adjustment would be $50. The person I spoke with said the appointment would be about a half hour long and the doctor would check my posture, etc. When I went in I spent most of my time waiting to be seen. Finally got to see the doctor who probably spent about 10 minutes talking with me and adjusting me (which didnt really help at all). I was in the office over an hour, to be seen for 10 minutes with a charge of $100.
I called the office the following Monday to see if I could be reimbursed for an ex am I did not receive and was told doctor going over my paperwork and asking me questions was my "exam". It needs to be changed from an "Exam" to "New Patient Fee" because that was definitely NOT an exam of any nature.
Caine Chiropractics did an actual exam..physically checking my spine and taking notes, and examining my posture at no charge. The only reason I thought I would try Sulak was for affordabilty reasons. So just a warning as to what NOT to expect when going in to Sulak as a new patient. read more
