So if you are trying to find the butterfly boutique, on the upper floor of the dolphin centre head past Wilkinson towards the car park and its on your left. I think it is due to its location that it gets a lot of its business as I have said to people Butterfly boutique and know one knows what I am going on about. The store sell women's accessories with some clothes but it is its Costume jewellery that we go for they have a wide range of earrings necklaces and rings all of which look real and are very impressive. To me it is always nice to have some jewellery that looks fantastic but doesn't cost the earth if you are going out for an evening.then I don't have to worry about loosing it. The store itself is set out nicely with going out and smart sections down to casual everyday tops etc. all at fair prices. At the back of the store are the fitting rooms. Unlike some stores in the vicinity there are plenty of them and are manned by staff at all times. Beside the fitting rooms are the shoes and accessories. This is where this branch holds its own there is a great selection and I have found their shoes to be comfortable and reasonably priced. I have never had any problems with the staff in all my years of shopping there I have always found them happy to help. I would say that at busy times such as Saturdays and late night Christmas shopping it does get busy and there does tend to be queues so be warned. But over all this is a clean and tidy shop with great prices and a nice range of clothing.

Appalling Customer Service…read more My wife purchased a dress from here late on Saturday afternoon, that looks very different away from the store lighting, not a fresh taupe colour but quite grubby grey. I took it back to the store 5 working hours later for a refund and was told that there is a "no refund" policy. The owner took great pride in telling me that this policy is shown everywhere. Actually it is in two places; firstly on the bottom of the receipt which they actually print out from their till, fold it and put it in a cardboard envelope before giving to you (doesn't that mean you have already purchased it???) and secondly on a sticker in the changing rooms which my wife didn't see as there were loads of clothes, scarves and accessories hanging over it. (Not hers). At no point when my wife handed over her card to pay did they mention it either; this feels like they have proactively hidden their no return "policy" and we feel conned! Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and now they have the money, they don't give a damm. We will never shop here again and the only recommendation I can make is to stay away!

Bewise is mainly a clothing store selling womens, mens and childrens clothes as well as some home furnishings and toys etc. The prices in-store are really competitive although not at primarks level they are reasonable and it is always worth a look. Festive decorations and gifts are on sale at that time of year and are normally something a little different. The shop is never crowded probably due to its location but there are always people in there. Staff are very helpful and polite it's a lovely place to shop.

Compared to other local stores such as Castle point it is on the small side with the overall shop split completely down the middle with men's clothing on one side and women's the other. At the rear of the shop is the children's and the accessories. Unlike other branches Poole does not have home ware. I have found next to be more expensive than other shops and it is mainly this reason that I don't shop at the store as much as others that and my hatred for the next sale. I don't know about anyone else but I cant get my head around queuing from the earlier hours of the morning to get clothes discounted to the price of some of the other shops have had them at for months??? Anyway on a lighter note the staff are always oh hand if you need any advice

They fit really nicely, and they say size 6. So I bought another pair in black, size 6, but they were too small. I returned them and exchanged them for a size 8, and at the same time bought a skirt I'd had my eye on for some time, again size 8. The skirt was too small (aarghh!) and the shorts a bit too big. I took the skirt back and have put stitches in the waist of the shorts to make them smaller. For this frustration, I won't bother for myself in Next, I rarely see anything I like anyway. And clothes are quite badly finished.

At lot of it is polyester, and in styles for a woman trying to look like her daughter. I have bought a jacket by Klass here. I like Klass jackets! I got a great leather jacket here as well, and some long sleeve tees by Regatta. I always find the mens section more funky and hapening. Oooh ooh, they do sell Weird Fish but it will be a long time until I need more.
