Taylor acts like you should work on "his" schedule and has apparently no customer service skills. Don't waste your time and money with this wannabe Attorney. I telephoned Taylor five times in one day looking for the keys to an apartment and he always had an excuse not to meet, e.g. "he is at lunch," "he is driving his employees," etc. I found a better Lessor and demanded return of the security deposit.

They evicted me and then couldn't have the courtesy to call me back, ask questions, and forget getting your deposit back. My place was brand new it was cleaner then when I moved in. But Nope "We are Suite Liv'n! We are here to swindle your money." Don't be fooled by the "new" trash they think will win you over. Not to mention they have bed bug and were made aware of it on a Friday and told tenants that the problem would be taken care of the following day obviously someone didn't do their job then they said Sunday then Monday, they failed to take care of it until Wednesday. I would not recommend living there it is so poorly managed.

We stayed in an upgraded "suite," which operated as a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, refrigerator and microwave, a dining table in a living room with large pull-out sleeper sofa (pretty good quality sleeper, tbh), and a television. A door separated that section from a bathroom and a bedroom with two double beds, dresser, television, etc. there were air conditioning units in each section. Everything was very clean, and we were very comfortable during our short stay here! The Mexican restaurant next door was also very tasty and very reasonably priced, though they did not, in fact, honor the 10 percent discount the hotel advertised they would offer. Perhaps that is something they used to do but discontinued. We didn't really care, because it wasn't too expensive anyway.

The couple who owns the facility are nice, but they have a clerk named "Lane," who is a complete…read morejerk. He acts like he is doing you a favor by letting you rent a room and was rude. If I were Bruce (the owner), I would fire Lane. If you seek Lane at the front desk, go to another motel.
