I've had four hypnotherapy sessions infused with energy work, and each one brought a unique experience, some deeply relaxing, others more detoxifying, but all exactly what I needed. I began seeing Renata for anxiety and a growing phobia that was increasingly impacting my daily life. From the very first session, she created a safe, supportive environment where I felt at ease. Renata also accommodated my tight schedule by meeting with me on Saturdays until my schedule opened up. Her office is private, serene, and comfortable. I enjoy my visits. Recently, due to heavy traffic and the distance from her office, Renata offered me the option of virtual sessions, which I'm now considering for future appointments. After an extensive intake, Renata explained that much of what I was experiencing stemmed from unresolved childhood issues. We started by addressing these underlying causes and gradually moved into other areas that surfaced as older emotional wounds began to heal. One of the most noticeable benefits has been a significant reduction in anxiety and stress. I'm finding myself approaching everyday challenges with greater calm and clarity. During the detoxification phase of shifting old mindsets, I experienced some emotionally challenging days. However, Renata's nurturing and empathetic approach helped ground me, allowing me to regain a sense of balance quickly. What stands out most to me is the subtle yet powerful shift in my mindset. Rather than forcing change, the process gently guided my subconscious toward more constructive behaviors and healthier thought patterns. I feel more confident now and have a renewed sense of control over my emotional responses. Although I'm still in the midst of my treatment, the experience so far has been positive. Being a highly sensitive person, I've always responded well to energy work. However, in the past, the changes from such work weren't always sustainable, similar to traditional therapy, where you feel better temporarily but may eventually fall back into old patterns. I'm hopeful that hypnotherapy will offer a more lasting transformation. At this stage, I would highly recommend Renata to anyone struggling with anxiety, phobias, or simply looking to better understand themselves on a deeper emotional level. Thank you so much Renata! :) read more

Renata helped me prepare for my second c-section after a traumatic first time experience! I was skeptical about hypnosis at first, but after years of addiction with nicotine, I made an appointment to see if hypnotherapy could help me quit vaping. All I can say is wow! I wish I had done it sooner, I stopped vaping after our first session and haven't looked back since! Renata is a wonderful hypnotherapist and I could not recommend her more. She's a great listener, makes you feel comfortable immediately and I plan on seeing her on a regular basis. The mind is a powerful tool and she's got the keys! Cannot thank you enough! read more

I had one initial appointment with Renata. She was very easy to book online and it was pretty easy to park and find the office as well. It was my first and only time doing hypnotherapy so I didn't have much to compare to or know what to expect. After talking for a while about what I'm looking to work on, I laid down in like a big massage-type chair that tilted back, and she gave me a blanket. She played vibrational music and started talking and guiding me along the treatment. I feel like I fell asleep immediately, although Renata says it's hypnosis and not actual sleep. I'll tell you that when I woke up, or came out of it, I felt relaxed! Overall, for hypnotherapy to really work ideally you'd do it quite regularly, like 2x a week. But unfortunately with the price of a session with Renata there would be no way I could sustain this which is why I haven't returned. If hypnotherapy works for you or is something you're interested in trying though, I'd recommend and check it out. read more

Renata is Magical. I went for my first session of Hypnotherapy a couple of months ago with Renata at Sui Awakening. It was a very difficult and Stressful time in My Life and Anxiety was full force. Renata was very Helpful in Explaining what My Session would be like, since that was My First Hypnotherapy Session that I ever had. We talked a bit before the Session and Renata's Words were Words of Wisdom. Then she guided me through The Hypnotherapy Session. When we were finished, I felt SOoooo Relaxed, Calm, Rested and a Feeling Of Peace that I had not felt before. The Feeling lasted and the Anxiety I was experiencing seemed to vanish. I've been back several times since and I feel as though I've had a Cleansing Of My Soul. I feel lighter, Clearer, Calmer and Peaceful. I'm SOooo Thankful to have found Renata. Renata is a breath of fresh air. She is calming, nonjudgmental, kind, understanding, and just a really good human! I came to her in hopes of relieving symptoms of an auto immune disease. I have been to my share of therapists and life coaches and Renata has been the best "counselor" I have worked with!! She wasn't judgmental and I didn't get the usual "how did that make you feel." She listens asks questions and really cares about helping you achieve your goals. She doesn't watch the clock to kick you out either. Give her a try and see for your self. read more

Renata is amazing! I found her in late December 2019 and have been going weekly. I absolutely love visiting her, chatting a bit and talking through my conscious thoughts. Her hypnosis programs are super effective on me - I've been able to repair my relationship with my partner, gain more self confidence and self esteem. I wish I found her years ago! read more

Renata and Eric Nagler from Sui Awakening are amazingly educated and experienced with their hypnosis and coaching practice. I am duly impressed as I have learned so much from them, especially about the value of advancing with professional development by using their empowerment and business coaching. They have such a relaxed way of presenting information in "bite sized" chunks that helps you to comprehend what should be your next strategy. I feel more like I am "back on track" and have a clearer vision after just a couple of discussions. I truly am impressed by both of them. Not to mention that I now listen to meditation music, as recommended by Renata, to get me through stressful parts of my day and to help me sleep! read more

Words cannot express how much Renata has already helped me. I came to her at my lowest in the midst of a traumatic and emotionally abusive relationship and originally wanted to help with it. With her I'm gaining the strength to find happiness on my own, left that toxic situation and am healing parts of myself I've buried internally for decades. Hypnosis sounds scary- but Renata explains everything she does and truly makes you feel heard and safe. It's not scary and you always feel in control! I kept wondering why traditional therapy made me more depressed and it's honestly because I was never going inward and healing deep rooted causes from childhood abandonment and trauma. I had been interested in it already but deep meditation and hypnosis with a true professional is so calming, truly works and honestly feels amazing. Every session I feel better and better and I am so glad I took the leap to start seeing her. She is truly a master at her craft and genuinely cares to go above and beyond for her clients. She's really changed my life in such a short amount of time! If you're looking for a sign to skip traditional therapy/medications/etc and go holistic healing THIS IS IT! you won't regret it! read more
