Great guy, totally dependable, trustworthy, presentable (lol) can talk to anyone about anything, well spoken, very smart, a joy to work with, works FAST, so I suggested he not charge by the hour!! He just gets it done, period. He's been managing my Air b and b Property while I've been away, inside and out, and dealing with the clients. I don't have one single worry with him there. It's all taken care of, right down to watering the plant in the corner, or finding a dangerous slippery stone or something or other on the path.
