You could see deer walking the property. Wonderful outside decking on both upper floors for viewing the scenery. Most rooms have balcony access. The lodge sleeps A LOT of people. It was also the perfect place to get some good photo ops *Upon signing the forms, I did notice this facility had a weight restriction that guests must fall between 70lbs -275lbs. Which was not an issue for use girls! However, I did take a mental note for "date night options" as my husband is a "big & tall" man at 6'2". There are many regulation bacci courts, a volleyball court, corn hole boards, a gazebo, a large pavilion and a playground for kids outside. Plenty of picnic tables and some bleachers to watch the bacci courts. The club is kept up nicely and it doesn't look run down one bit. I know a lot of other clubs and halls just aren't what they used to be but, The I and A club is still nice after all of this time.

We are VERY happy we did. The owners, Laura and Norm, are the nicest people and have decorated the house beautifully. Every morning the breakfast was absolutely delicious - the bacon was THE BEST! We purchased the wine tour and highly recommend doing it. The tour is tailored to your tastes and they drive so you can enjoy the wine (or breweries/distilleries). The service staff is made up of clueless kids and people who look like they just fell out of a trailer. My husband asked for a merlot and was told "we only have red or white" and then they brought him a glass of rose from a box. Literally 1985 flock of seagulls hair on a coughing cigarette of a woman was our waitress. The bar was full of drunken women screaming at each other. The whole thing was totally unappealing.
