I had a bad experience using this company a couple of months ago. Christina came by and gave me an…read moreestimate of $650 to organize and thoroughly clean my 700 square ft., one bedroom apartment. I was desperate so I said okay. Just one person did most of the work "organizing" the kitchen. Ended up being everything moved somewhere else so now, 2 months later, I still cannot find things! If I move one thing, everything else falls off the shelf. Way too much crammed under the sink where I have to get down on the floor to try to find something. Once I have found it, I just leave it on the counter for future use until I can reorganize where everything is in the kitchen. She also went through 3 closets, 2 in the bedroom and one in the entry. Wedged all my clothes, summer and winter, into one closet with other boxes and various items. Then stacked everything else in the second closet. I've had to separate the clothes so as to be able to get to clothes I need. This person worked very hard with no one else helping her. Several other people came by and helped move some furniture to another room. The young woman who came to "organize and clean the bathroom," was rather sullen and just jammed everything together under the sink and on bottom shelves where towels should go so I am still trying to sort out and locate items in the bathroom. She did not listen to anything I told her. Bathroom cleaning was very superficial and she left. The main worker and the young woman who came to clean the bathroom did help me move some boxes to my nearby storeroom. The person who did most of the work had to rush to try to finish up which meant no real cleaning, just quick brush of dust cloth on the front of shelves, no cleaning off cabinets, doors, woodwork, etc., as had been part of the deal. Quick run over the carpet with my vacuum which is very lightweight. Owner was back by 1:30 PM or so on the second day, rushing the young woman to finish up so they could leave, but not doing anything herself except giving me the bill for $654 and running my credit card. By that time, all I wanted was them out of my house just as badly as she seemed to want to get out. I did tell the owner that I thought she seriously underestimated the amount of time the work would take, as well as the number of people needed to do the quality of work promised (but not delivered). I had no idea there was a time limit on how long workers would/could be here. I thought the time would be however long (within reason) it took to do a good job. I just wasted $654 which is a lot of money to me as I live on my retirement. Would not recommend this company unless and until they get more employees who have specific training in organizing and the kind of cleaning they promise, as well as the proper tools.

An example is a brand-new shed that was attached to the garage less than 1-year-old which was sold for $400 of which she kept half of the money. So a warning to whoever uses this service be aware that they will sell any and everything to make a dollar despite what you request. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
