I had the privilege to live here for a little over a year while I completed rotations at various…read morehospitals in the area. From my first visit to the final day, I absolutely loved this complex. I rented a "studio" or Jr One Bedroom as it may be listed online. Living alone, this was all I needed to feel comfortable and still have some space to spare. The studio style is very open with the living room and kitchen combined and an open-top wall separating the bedroom. The huge walk in closet was perfect for storage of clothes and other oddities. All of the appliances were state of the art and honestly a joy to use. My apartment was ground level facing the baseball field. I'm sure all other apartments boast beautiful views as well. My only caution about renting one facing the Dash ball field would be noise. While games can get noisy over the loudspeaker, even out of season there are many events across the street that play music nearly daily and into the night. At the same time, you can't beat the gorgeous view of fireworks out the massive living room window after a Friday night game. The rest of the complex is just as high-quality. The pool, exercise room, business center, and common areas are vibrant and welcoming. I would tend to watch big sporting events on the large HD tv in the common area. The poolside grills are also a very nice amenity and a treat for guests go experience. The office management at Link completed my enjoyable experience. Mike was a tremendous help in getting everything squared away when I moved in, as well as available to answer any questions throughout my stay. Lisa also was very helpful. I did have one instance of a leaking closet roof. Maintenance was contacted who quickly came and fixed the problem. While the leak was fixed, maintenance took a decent amount of time to install a new ceiling piece. I kept this as a 5 star review vs 4 solely because Lisa was adamant about getting this fixed. I had mentioned that maintenance had been great at solving the leak, but part of my closet was unusable until a new ceiling was replaced. Lisa was great in contacting maintenance to completely finish the project and very kind throughout the process. I looked at a handful of places when I moved to WS. There are a lot that have more affordable pricing, but the quality of Link definitely exceeds the rental price. I would recommend at least touring Link apartments before making a final decision in your move.

On the walls midway up on the tile there was a hairline crack along the tiles. I told the maintenance people at the time and the management company at the time about this and they decided to fix it by throwing up a plastic sealer I don't know exactly what it's called but I will show it to you. The first time they put it up they put it up backwards and upside down. Here is the first picture. The second time they put it on at least they put it on correctly and they didn't leave things unglued. However everyone that I show it to says that it looks like a trained monkey put it on. Because there are gloves of grout or should I say caulk left smeared everywhere nothing is smooth nothing is even it looks like a pile of dog Pooh. And that's putting it nicely as far as everyone that I have shown it to says when they come into the apartment and see what my shower looks like. Here are those pictures. However I made one minor error I said this was within a year. This was really in 2018 when this was done. Now here are those second set of pictures and you can see what I mean. Instead of fixing a leaky floor the right way they decide to throw caulk on a crack in the floor to try and seal it up that way. That's a joke. Because obviously that hasn't helped. As you can see this is just a long list of problems that your maintenance people have tried to mask instead of actually FIX here are the third set of pictures. ar maintenance team can work on minor things. And you know what there's one more thing me and my friend are good, hard-working and decent people to pay our way. She laid the entire process out for me, advised me of what was needed and why, and just made the entire process wonderful. The apartments themselves are very nice and roomy. The windows are insulated so we don't feel too cold or too hot in the apartment.They always have one or other events in the leasing office. I vacated the apartments before my lease. They said either I have pay 2 months rent or I should pay rent until someone else lease my apartment. I took first option and paid 2 months rent. There are no problems while vacating the house and they refunded most of the deposit also.But I cleaned the apartment very well while vacating it.

You do have to pay extra for parking but they offer various options. Pets are welcomed as well. The staff and leasing department are so nice as well and worked with me to upgrade to a bigger place. They also have various events- my all time favorite was when they had a wine tasting. They also had a murder mystery and a casino night before. Each summer there is an annual pool party with food and beverages! This is turning into a long post but I don't even need to mention the walking distances to restaurants and breweries! I'm likely not moving out until I buy a house!
