After trying to get ideas on their website, Alexis reached out to me directly and sent me sample pictures of the tower design. She was so friendly and extremely helpful. She definitely left my mind at ease with her warm personality. Not only was the donut tower GORGEOUS but it was also delicious. The flavors I chose were the strawberry crunch, banana pudding, fruity pebbles and the Oreo. These were all delicious! All my guest and I were very impressed with everything. I placed my order over the phone, followed up through email, and the entire process was pretty easy. I will admit I was a little nervous there was a slight delay in email response time. I contacted Morie by email late in the evening and within a few hours she had responded. She was able to fill my specialty order at the last minute and pulled it off wonderfully!
