Everyone here was incredibly caring, and they explained each step of the process clearly. The nurses knew how to keep a good patter going to help distract, but it never felt forced. They put warmed towels on me so I wasn't left cold as they prepped. The anesthesiologist nurse and doctor took the time to introduce themselves and explain what they would do. I thought I would be an anxious wreck in the lead up to the procedure, but they worked their magic and before I knew it, I was waking up and able to leave. The facility itself was clean and tidy. Although I hope I won't be back, I wanted to give them a shout out for making a tough situation for me all the more smoother.

Only Irritation was when I went for my new port replacement surgery it was done at St Alexius Hospital downtown. The most disgusting hospital I have ever been in and very lazy and slow nursing staff.

Conversation with a nurse reminded me the movie One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. That bully did not feel any need to hide all her disgust toward me even in the presence of a few witnesses. It was unbelievable, it was shocking, and it was unexpected. The level of ruthlessness in the medical facility toward the patient is really disturbing. Having…read morenever been to an urgent care, I can't really compare my experience to anything but I've also heard of co-worker's and friend's experiences in an urgent care situation that sounded way better than my experience here. Being fairly sick and not wanting to drive to Clayton/Richmond Heights area to see my primary care physician, I decided to drive myself to this facility which is only 1.6 miles from home. I came in and was immediately greeted by the woman at the front desk who then asked me what I needed. I told her I've had this cough for a while and I started having a fever 2 nights in a row and wanted to see someone about it. She asked me for my insurance card and an ID then called someone from the back to take my information. From the sound of it, the other woman who was in the back when I came in was training and needed some practice. When you come in, they have a sign that asks you wear a mask if you have a cough. They have a box full of it sitting on the check-in desk so I took one and put it on while I waited for them to check me in. Granted, the woman was still training, it still took a good half an hour to put in all my information and honestly, I didn't like how she asked me some confidential information openly instead of just handing me the paperwork or their ipad to answer these questions. She did hand me the ipad to do 1 medical history page but she openly asked other confidential information. There was no one else in the waiting room for most of my check-in time, however, I still don't think they should ask you some medical history questions openly like they did with me. In fact, one guy came in while I was telling her about my "surgery" which was kind of uncomfortable since I had to tell her what it was instead of just writing it down or typing it into the ipad while another person (who isn't an office personnel or related to me) was within a good hearing distance. Finally, I was made to wait in the exam room. Not a minute later, someone came in to take my vitals. She asked about the medications listed to confirm they were correct and the left the room. About 10 minutes later, she opened the door and asked me loudly if I was currently on a certain medication and left once more. I waited about 45 minutes from the time they took my vitals to when the doctor walked in to the exam room. He asked some questions, did his checks and left... Came back not 3 minutes later to give me some printouts of the services rendered along with the list of prescription. They had called it in to the pharmacy already which was nice. Overall, if I had to go to urgent care again I am more inclined to driving to Kirkwood instead and trying my luck over there. It's been over a week since my visit and my cough did improve and no more fever but I was just not that impressed with this medical facility. The place was clean enough but they could use some training on handling confidential information and patient's medical history.

I really appreciate the fact that her office tells people if she is running behind - often patients are just left in the dark. I love that there's easy parking in the parking garage just below her office. I only wish she would schedule more than 6 months out because she's so busy.

The office staff, though, was unhelpful, didn't seem to understand my condition, and when I questioned why I didn't have my medication refilled, was treated like I was med-seeking instead of a person seeking basic medical care. I found out today via certified mail that I'm no longer welcome at the practice because I questioned the office practices. The good news is that I have a PPO and can choose another doctor, which I've already done, and have complained to my medical insurance as well as PMS's corporate offices itself. The saddest part is that Dr. Danielyan made me feel so welcome and cared for, until this last visit.

My son has had multiple medical issues, including heart problems. After repeated visits to the "specialist" for children, Renee was the only doctor to diagnose him and cure multiple problems including, ear infections, strep throat, staph infections, and other respiratory problems. She is one of the best doctors I've had the pleasure to visit in years. I appreciate her dedication to helping others and her ability to make sure others feel safe around the community ( I was told my son had a "rash" by the children (professionals) when he had a severe staphylococcus infection)
