Each room has a different theme with a comfy couch or recliner. It doesn't feel like the typical med office which can be triggering for some. It's very clean, quiet, cool and relaxing. They even have blankets and eye masks which helps a lot! The staff - Dr. Fischer was the main person I worked with and he is incredibly informative, empathetic, kind and willing to work with what you need. He seems to genuinely want to help and went above and beyond to get me help. I've never had a doctor do more to help. He was willing to hear my feedback and adjust treatments as needed. He is very easy to be honest with and isn't judgmental. He's willing to take time to explain things, make sure you're comfortable and are set up for success. At the start of sessions, he helps you think of a meaningful intention. The nurses who do the IV are very gentle and help set you up to be as comfy as possible. The results - I have less depression than I ever thought possible. The infusions have really helped make some changes in my brain that other treatments never really touched or had limited/ temporary effect. I have more mental energy and life is less exhausting. Doing daily tasks isn't as daunting and I have hope that I really never thought I'd have. I actually have desires to do some things in life rather than simply surviving. I am no longer dealing with the lifelong PTSD nightmares I've had. For those with chronic depression and PTSD, this is a huge deal. I cannot explain how much I appreciate this service and the people who provide it. This is a service that, in my experience, is more effective than any other out there and Propel was so nice to work with. If you can access this, I cannot recommend working with Propel enough!

I tried to see Dr McCarthy again because I need her to sign off on my disability paperwork to get more money from them. She refused because I had a bill. I tried to explain I need to see her so I can pay it. Then! I almost died due to an infection and was hospitalized for weeks. I was maybe an hour away from dying. I was septic. And my stomach was involved my appendix burst and my gall bladder was messed up and I needed advice on surgery or not. Again I was hospitalized and out of it and recovering for months still with extreme pain and stomach issues following my hospitalization. I was not getting the disability income so I could pay her but I was trying to just get healthy again with someone I had seen for years and years and I always paid my bills previously. They mailed to the wrong address and I was in no shape to be able to figure out what they wanted. Finally they told me via text I was no longer a client without any warning. Do not go here. Tabitha is extremely rude the office worker. They don't care about your health at all just your money. She said oh it's "only 200 dollars" rudely when that meant if I eat or not that week. They don't care about you there. Unless you're rich. And pay ahead of time. If it's "only 200 dollars" why not try and help me when I'm literally fighting for my life instead of demand that money first?? What about first do no harm? Their denial of service after so many years of being a patient is absolutely ridiculous when I was close to death. I miss their old office workers they were so much better at communication and following up than Tabitha. Someone as rude as her should not work around patients who are sick and need empathy.
