This company is TERRIBLE. Service is terrible, when I do reach support (after many, many minutes on hold) their representatives DO NOT help. They promise to return calls, BUT NEVER DO. They left a long cable laying across several yards in our subdivision and, it still isn't buried......internet service constantly "buffers". Their TV service constantly pixilates. But, they demand we pay the monthly fee even though they do not provide quality service and won't fix it. I've filed a complaint with the FCC because of their terrible service. Suddenlink knows they are a monopoly in the area and they could care less about customer satisfaction. If I could give a -10 I would do so / read more
