This company is TERRIBLE. Service is terrible, when I do reach support (after many, many minutes on hold) their representatives DO NOT help. They promise to return calls, BUT NEVER DO. They left a long cable laying across several yards in our subdivision and, it still isn't buried......internet service constantly "buffers". Their TV service constantly pixilates. But, they demand we pay the monthly fee even though they do not provide quality service and won't fix it. I've filed a complaint with the FCC because of their terrible service. Suddenlink knows they are a monopoly in the area and they could care less about customer satisfaction. If I could give a -10 I would do so / read more

So we next move on to a hotspot. He seems very tentative to me about the cost, though I've expressed no hesitation about the cost. Rather than telling me what an actual hotspot would cost, his next snide comment is, well, we don't loan those out. I had no intention of having anything loaned. Money wasn't an object. I just need the issue solved. I still need the issue solved. OK, so the answer to this query, truly is, Best Buy. Apparently, they sell prepaid hotspots, including Verizon ones. You just go and buy prepaid hotspot. You can get no contract hotspots.

I used them because they were the only food delivery service that listed the restaurant I wanted…read more The estimated delivery time was insanely long, but they showed up 20 minutes early!! That was a great surprise. Only 3 stars because the food wasn't even warm. I can't really say it was the delivery services fault because some of the food items were not cooked all the way through. Bloody chicken is never good . Looking back at the website after I ordered, I saw (almost off the screen, certainly not easily seen) that every restaurant had between 1.5-2 hours delivery times. My restaurant was 4 minutes away from my hotel. I get the feeling they are a very small operation. They do have a Facebook page too. Mixed reviews there.

This review is way overdue just because I never thought of posting one before and was reading a…read morerestaurant review. I've used Best Electric a number of times and will only use them exclusively. They've done projects necessary at my house but why they're so standout is what they do in the community and for the less fortunate. In 2020, my best friend's 13 year old son tragically lost his life, and I had to go in with restoration experts to desperately try to get the house not to be the scene she had left when she was able to return. During the restoration process we discovered a number of plumbing and electrical issues and me and some friends desperately called whatever professionals we could. (The plumber I knew who I used to work with responded "I don't work on weekends unless I have to" when we were having a 13 year old's funeral the next day, but that's another story / review. We were *paying* people, not asking for anybody to do their jobs for free but Best Electric swooped in and took care of everything gratis when they heard of the tragedy and this mother's grief. One of the young men doing the labor was also an amazing talented musician and wrote a song for the young man who lost his life. It's coming up on Mother's Day, and I will never forget Best Electric's contribution to healing above and beyond just being stellar at the service they provide.

They knew in advance that that is all that I needed done, and yet they sent two technicians on a job. The technicians were done in 10 minutes,. When they showed me the bill, I was shocked to see they were billing me for 2 hours, times two technicians! The bill was for more than $360! I complained, called their manager, who was very dismissive and did not want to back down, although I had screenshots of when I had called him in the morning (because they were late coming in) and knowing that it was now still LESS than ONE hour since then. The manager ended up lowering the bill to charging me for "only" two hours on one technician and one hour for the second technician, so the bill came down to $260. For the work that took them 10 minutes. I have used Best Electric in the past, and this had never happened before. I was always treated and charged appropriately. After today, I will never call them again.
