Sudden Service is a great pit stop right off I-40 if you are coming to or leaving Nashville as it is located in the nearby city of Dickson. This convenience store and gas station includes a couple of restaurants including Subway and Taco Bell. There are multiple restroom stalls and they are all clean. The store has plenty of snacks, drinks and even some souvenirs. This is always going to be our go-to spot since we have a good experience with it and it is easy to locate. read more

I would give less stars if i could. At least 10 people in the building when I stopped and not a single person was wearing a mask, even employees. If you care about staying safe and not getting COVID, DO NOT stop here. read more

There was no toilet paper in the entire building and they didn't let anyone know. No "out of order" signs.... the toilet was broken and didn't flush. There was poop and piss all over the floor. Terrible experience at a disgusting establishment. Will never go back. read more

The girl working this morning has the most horrible service I ever got at this store. Horrible service & rude. If I see her again I won't be back. Standing reading a paper instead of checking you out. Says wait a minute. Finishes reading? Then rude. Had to tell her 3 times how much gas I wanted. Scanned my shell card and it didn't take the discount. Gas at pump was same as on sign without card. Had to ask for receipt. Then she says it has no paper and had to wait for her to put paper in.
