Just sold my house and it was not under the best circumstances and Kathy Portway was professional and made a very difficult process as painless as possible. Not only would I recommend Kathy Portway and the Success Team to family and friends...but I'm writing my first YELP review because the experience was soooo positive. I have lived in Norton for over 20 years and have dealt with Kathy many times for various things and she's always quick with a response and gets things done. Very high energy in the best way possible....will go over and above for anyone. I was surprised with a few negative reviews, their circumstances were probably not in their favor (which happens in real estate) and directed blame at the person instead of the situation. I had a great experience with Kathy. I found myself in a very unconventional situation and Kathy was able to effectively guide me through to the other side. For example, I had to have my house cleared out by a certain date and instead of just telling me to clear out the house, she made the appropriate arrangements to get me the help I needed. In the end, everything worked out perfectly thanks to Kathy and her team. It's good to see people going the extra mile these days.
