Jennifer Eaton of Alante Real Estate in Plymouth, Mass is the absolute best at what she does! She…read moreis passionate about partnering with her clients to find the right home. Buying a home can be extremely stressful with all the financing options. And if buying a new construction home as we have done twice now navigating the builder's timeframe is frustrating. With our recent condo purchase in Halifax, Mass built by Thorndike Development, nothing went smooth. Though not in Jenn's wheel house, Jenn was our champion and did everything to remove obstacles. Much of the hiccups were not within her scope. Jenn did not shy away, she rolled up her sleeves picked up that phone and made a plethora of calls throughout the process. We would absolutely secure Alante Real Estate and work with Jenn again! She is very knowledgeable, resourceful, simply the best the best and gives 1,000%! Jenn truly cares!

She was patient with our questions and provided so much useful information without pressuring us to make hasty decisions. She was also accommodative of changes in schedule due to the hot market (e.g., meeting us for showings with short notice), and helped us find ways to be competitive with offers. Aside from her great work, Esther was such a genuine and lovely person to work with. She made our first home buying experience easy and fun, even in a crazy market. We would recommend Esther to anyone looking to purchase a home, especially first time buyers!

I had a great experience with this company, specifically with Carol Wardwell. I first used Carol…read moreto list my house in Bristol which she promptly sold for around the price I was hoping for. I next used her to be my buyers agent when looking for houses in Providence. I gave her an idea of what areas of the city I was interested in and what features I was looking for. She promptly emailed me around 15 properties that fit the bill. I trimmed the list down to about 7 that I was interested in and she set up appointments to see them all. I will never understand why someone looking for a house would not use a buyers agent. They do all the work for you and you don't have to pay them. Their commission is split with the seller's agent. Not a dime out of your pocket! Carol was very helpful when I was looking at houses. She asked a lot of questions I would never have known to ask of the seller's agents. Who is going to pay to remove something (asbestos tile), who is responsible for bringing something up to code, etc. It's nice to have someone in your corner who has your best interest in mind. Highly recommend!

What a joke! We put an offer on a property that was a short sale and gave our good faith payment of…read more$500 to the realtor. Knowing short sales can take a while I checked the listing on MLS 3 weeks after putting in the offer, and it said the property was under agreement. Weird, we hadn't heard if our offer was accepted or not. I had my husband check our bank account, and our CHECK WAS CASHED! What?!?! I thought they couldn't do that without a signed agreement from both parties? Our broker tried numerous times to get in touch with the realtor who ignored her repeatedly. When she finally decided to call her back she said she never received a check from us and there were 4 other offers on the property. When our broker sent her a copy of the cashed check she said it was her manager that did it and there were other offers on the property so her manager must have put it under agreement. So, our broker contacted the manager who of course had no knowledge of any of this (organized place, huh)? The next day our broker gets an email from the manager saying she was sending our check back and there was confusion as to what she was told about our situation. To her knowledge there were no other offers on the property and she was told an agreement was signed by both parties which is why she cashed the check. Our broker also received an email from the agent who screwed everything up who blamed everything on 3-4 weeks of computer problems.....are you kidding me? This place is so dishonest and unorganized. I wouldn't let them handle something as important as purchasing a home if they can't even handle an offer letter and one check. Good luck if you have to deal with this office!
