A truly very special shout out to the most amazing customer service & UPS store!…read more As I stated in my pervious post, I make a point to conduct business at this location. They do the work and go over and beyond. Always smiling faces - I appreciate the face that the employees have remained the same during COVID. Not only that, it's all hands on deck! It's a family business - don't be surprised if the lovely Silver Fox on hand assisting you is the owner. He and his wife roll up their sleeves to keep the energy pumping and your packaging needs at hand. Times are changing, let's not forget and patronize the establishments such as the outfit going strong & at hand. P.s. (and please note), they have a notary on hand'!

He honored it no questions asked.. I love when Customer Service works out for you and people do their jobs like they're supposed to the service I used was the Amazon drop off and it was OK. I don't like the fact that they don't print receipts anymore so that you have proof and tracking purposes for your Amazon return but not a true dealbreaker but if I had to return Amazon again I probably wouldn't use this location due to the fact, I don't have proof that it was delivered nor that it was picked up.

I was able to email them photos and the content that we wanted and they were able to add some custom graphics and create the overall design. The whole process took a few weeks and they stayed in constant contact throughout. My coworkers and I were extremely happy with the final product as was my boss. We would definitely use Allegra again in the future and highly recommend them for any print or design needs.
