Honestly, this Subway could do a bit better.
While the place is spotless as the other reviewer mentioned, the staff leaves something to be desired most of the time. You never know which kind of server you're going to get. We've had excellent service from a few of the managers (you ladies rock!) and some really bad service from new hires. One guy, whom didn't seem to last there very long, insinuated that getting "high" was a great way to spend the evening. My husband and I were both pretty shocked but, like I said, we haven't seen the guy in there since and we go at least 4 times a month.
As for the food, we have seen mass cross contamination with our food. One server misheard my order and placed turkey on my sandwich. When I corrected her, she removed the turkey and put it back in the bin! They have also given us spinach that is old, spinach that is brown and even had a moth trapped inside the spinach bin that flew out when she opened it to place it on our sandwiches. I did let the owners know about that but they never responded.
We adore the cookies, though! We always get the oatmeal raisin ones, sometimes buying them out when we have the extra cash to do so.
Basically, eating here is a dice roll. You never know what kind of experience you're going to end up getting. read more
