They served them to me on a nice plate with some organic rose lemonade. And I savored every bite. The man taking our order (assuming he is the owner) proceeded to say "That's the whole point of the sandwich and you want to take them off?" In a condescending tone as if the kitchen couldn't make that request. I proceeded to say "She just doesn't like carrots, she doesn't prefer to have them on the sandwich" because it sounded like he was making fun of her. He then proceeded to pick an argument and ask "What is the reason you're getting cocky with me for? I make this menu and welcomed you into my country and restaurant, treating you as best as possible and you have bad manners." In front of the entire restaurant! He stayed for about 3 minutes asking the same questions, "Why are you being so cocky for? What is the reason for the cockiness?" Multiple times over and then proceeded to show us that he put not carrots on the ticket. We said that there was no problem and that we appreciated him taking the carrots off. The conversation was in a funny manner and then he completely took the situation out of hand. Will not be returning! He was extremely rude and belittling.

And don't forget to get the spicy Afghani chatni gashneez - green corriander chili sauce to put on top of your bolani. All this goodness will set you back only a couple of Euros - yes you read that right! The owner is super friendly and he is also a good artist as he painted the picture on the wall.
