I asked the staff to make it right or for something else - they send me back an even worse entree that was even more cold and more stale ... I threw it in the trash. Here's a suggestion... if the customer asks or gives you the chance to make a bad experience better - try to do that and keep their business. Don't make it worse. We were the only customers in the restaurant at the time with 5 employees. The server had to go get the cook from smoking hanging out on the dock and the other servers just stood around goofing off. We are retired and spend seven days a week on the lake in the summer. We spend a lot of money eating out on the lake. We will travel to the state dock, wolf creek or rowena or go hungry rather than give this place our money and business anymore.

The clientele today was several groups celebrating Christmas. I had a spicy Italian hoagie sandwich that was wonderful. My friend had a panini that he said was enjoyable.
