The staff got mad and very agitated at our request, when the manager finally showed up to give us our money back, we didn't get an apology, she didn't say a word to us or look at us. Nobody asked where the roach was or tried to kill it. I will never eat at this Dairy Queen and I won't be eating at any others got a long time. It seemed as though they were accustomed to seeing roaches in their restaurant.

There was one guy cooking all the orders, I guess he was doing his best considering the fourth person I saw walking around the back wasn't doing anything. As I watched order after order be served to people other than me I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Every single item of food was taken out of a cooler and microwaved. After about 20 minutes I was finally handed my order. Upon inspection we found that we were missing one item. Just an absolutely pathetic operation.
