Yep. I'm going to pile on here. This used to be an okay Subway location, but it has steadily gone downhill during my travels through Lincoln. This place is either perpetually seriously understaffed or the management just doesn't care. Several times, I've been waiting in a long-ish line and after only one poor employee struggles to make multiple sandwiches for the people in line, does someone finally come out from the back to help., What were they doing there all this time? Washing dishes? On break? Picking their nose? They didn't bring anything with them, so they can't say they were restocking anything.
Last night finally broke me of this location. I was *eighth* in line. There was one employee and she was pretty slow. I waited 15 minutes for her to serve 1.5 customers (she had just started with one when I walked in and was wrapping up the sandwiches of the 2nd when I gave up) and I finally had enough. I left. I don't even fault the one employee. It was 6:30 pm. Dinner time. Management should schedule more people behind the line to make sandwiches for the long line of guests that stretched out into the gas station. If you're passing through, stop at another exit if you want food. This Subway is a hard pass. read more
