The lady who served me was very aggressive and served me poorly and also told me to leave if I didn't like the way she spoke.

I ordered online from this Subway, and I am EXTREMELY disappointed. Most of the Ingredients I selected for my sandwich were completely missing. It felt VERY light, as if it was basically just bread with barely anything inside. This isn't the first time either... this is the second time my order has been messed up like this. On top of that, the lady working there, with I believe has blonde hair (Don't know her name, unfortunately) was very rude both times. No apology, no effort to make things right. If I'm paying for a specific item, I expect to actually receive the things that I added on the app. :) I WILL NOT be ordering from this Subway again. read more

Today at my local Subway (2927), the employee Ariel, who I believe is 41 but looks 60 and is blonde, approached us rudely while my family and I were dining. My 2.5-year-old brother was running around our table, and Ariel insisted we leave the store twice. Her tone was unprofessional, and her actions made us feel unwelcome and targeted. When we asked for her name to report the incident, she refused to provide it, adding to our distress. Additionally, while we were making our order, she was very rude when we asked about different items on the menu. I eventually got her name from another employee because she refused to give it herself. This behavior is unacceptable. We request a thorough investigation and appropriate action. We decided to order online to avoid problems with the redheaded Caucasian lady that is there and subway. Our food had no meat nor none of the fixings that we requested. The service here is horrible, and this is not the only time we have felt very uncomfortable when axing her to fix our sandwiches. Yells at the customers. read more

Do NOT go to this Subway. Second time coming here in the day time within a month apart from one another and had the exact same horrible experience. They believe in making online orders before in person orders. Walked in not greeted (fine - I'm just there to get a sandwich) But literally arrive and there two employees there that slowly come out of the back. One starts to make some online orders and ask the other lady if she is going to start our order. She responds no I'll do the online orders with you. And proceeds to do just that instead of getting my 1 sandwich out of the way she thought yes it's a great idea to make the sandwiches for the people who are not even here yet. Again another employee was already working on the online orders. This time I walk in there not greeted but that's to be expected at this point. Then I proceed to the counter and patiently wait for the (Red Head women) to join me - as she was preoccupied with the cash register. She comes over to me I say "Hi" she responds "it's going to be awhile while I make these orders" again I am the only one in the store. I respond "oh, how long will it be" her response " I don't no- about as long as it takes"... For reference it was two sandwiches she was about to make - two and she couldn't give a polite estimate or even check with me on what I was getting (1 sandwich again) to make a decision on which customer would be easier to service right away. (The online customer that is on their way (maybe) hoping to get a fresh sandwich but is instead met with a soggy sandwich because it was made 20 minutes before they arrive or the customer that is in front of their face money in hand to add to their profit of the day) I said "okay thank you" and left. The lack of logic, customer service, business sense and all around vibe is just OFF. Save your energy, gas, brain power and time and just google a different location. ** please note that the girl who works the night shift is great! From the moment you walk in you know what to expect. The store is always clean and the items on the bar are always fresh. Tonight was a quiet night and there was only one set of customers in front of us. As we decided what we wanted the employee finished with them. Before starting our orders she washed her hands and then came back to the line to ask how many sandwiches we would be ordering. My mom ordered her regular Chicken, Bacon, Ranch on Italian and I decided to try out the new Rotisserie Antibiotic Free Chicken on the 9 Grain Honey and Oat. We both had them toasted and then added fresh veggies. We got our sandwiches to go and when we got home they were just as good as if we had had them at the restaurant. The new Rotisserie Chicken was so juicy and flavorful. I added Provolone, spinach, tomato, cucumber and mayo to it and it was fantastic. This is one sandwich I will definitely have again. read more

What terrible customer service!! I've been to many subways across the U.S. and this place is the absolute worst!! I just witnessed a subway employee at this location discriminate against a mother with a special needs child and call the cops and have her trespassed because the employee refused to make the order as requested. Just like every other review here states. The redhead lady who worked here the morning of 7/27/23 was awful. She was very rude. She yelled at the person before me, she then yelled at me when it was my turn and the people after me. She refused to do my order and I left without any food. Management really needs to do something with her but from what it seems like, nothing will be done since a lot of her complaints have been going on for months and she's still doing it. Please do yourself a favor and don't bother going to eat here. You'll have the worst experience ever! read more

She didn't want to serve use which was apparent, we are an adult family of 6, I won't bring in race. The orders were messed up, because she was confused, and she told us that she need to go prep, and basically we were holding her up. Then she proceeded to scream at us over our food maskless! the lady inside with reddish blonde hair and blue eyes was extremely rude to my kid sisters. at the end my newly ten year old sister was crying as she came out. it was my sisters' birthday and she just wanted to get some food. she made us wait for at least 10 minutes before getting our orders, and when she did she cursed us out for "wasting her time" even though before we came in she was just in her phone. she was relentlessly mean and just in general one of the rudest people I've ever met. there was no one else in subway so it wasn't because it was busy, and we were nothing but polite to her. I don't know if she just had a horrible day but seriously what the fuck????? she is a bully to children. DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!!!! The store was pretty quiet on a Saturday evening. There were customers and everything was in stock except not all of the bread was not ready to serve. There was a new meal I never heard of which was an antibiotic chicken in their chicken sandwiches. So I tried the chicken caesar melt which was chicken, caesar, spinach, tomatoe and red onion which I didn't order. Service was not the fastest since only one clerk was operating the front area. So if you are willing to wait a few minutes then you're fine. read more

The little girl working tonight didn't greet us when we walked into the store. She then got in her feelings because I (the customer) didn't greet HER. I started to order and she immediately began to laugh and with a completely nasty attitude said "hi how are you." Then she asked if I was getting my sub toasted and I responded with "yeah" and she proceeded to mock me by saying "yeah" as she turned her back to me. If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a sandwich before I went to work on 1/6/21 around 4 PM. All I ordered was a cold cut combo on Italian bread with pickles. I also got a large soda, 4 cookies, and salt and vinegar lays chips. When I got to work and opened my sandwich, I realized the meats were kind of off color. Bologna, ham, and salami should NOT be grey! I still ate the sandwich and went to work. Woke up the next morning stuck to the toilet vomiting and constantly needing to make bowel movements. I decided to go back to the store to let them know that all I had to eat was that sandwich and been crazy ill since. The store didn't really care and asked if I had the sandwich or my receipt (which wasn't given to me because the worker cashed me out then went back to making a doordash order). I didn't want a refund or any compensation, I simply wanted them to know I was ill and to check their meats. They will continue to make people I'll if they refuse to listen to their customers and show some kind of remorse for me getting sick and having to call out of work. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

The worker was very rude and did not listen to my order. They had put things on that I did not ask for and very rudely threw away the sandwich (luckily it had very little on it) most fast food places would offer something or say sorry, I didn't care if they had said nothing but the way she said it was very rude.
