I was happy to see footlong deals in the app, this location was the only one close by me that was participating. So I ordered 2 turkey footlongs for family in the app. I picked up and when my family opened them up, told me there is no meat, no mustard, no mayo, no etc... No MEAT? I thought there must be lunch meat in there somewhere, nope. Just lettuce some tomato and other dressing, nothing I asked for in the app. Wow, so I call and the woman's only response was "bring here". I arrived and the girl that made the sandwich's offered ZERO apologies. Only said " I don't know how that happened " NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION!! HORRIBLE read more

Came here for a footlong veggie after a wax appointment nearby. No one was up front and it was completely empty until a random person popped up and asked what I wanted. I was little taken aback but the ordering and sandwich making went well. She was attentive and made my sandwich how I wanted it. read more

Horrible customer service. Rude staff. She made sure to show how annoyed she was with me trying to discuss an error with my online order. There are too many other subway locations, use another one. This one does not deserve your business read more

Horrible customer service !!! Idk why this place still open ! Plus have false advertising! the lady don't do prices show at the menu she wants to charge more ( double ) and she get upset when asking why charging different price from the menu . Never go back again read more

Horrible service. The sandwich is your usual greed so little toppings. I came in and asked if they accept coupons. The lady just said it's at the front. I would usually ask first because some subways dont accept coupons and I would end up paying for the full price of a sandwich which isn't worth the price. The lady doesnt look like she wants to work because her attitude feels like she wants you out ASAP. I noticed she didnt ask for what type of cheese and asked me what veggies I wanted. Told her to add the cheese which she forgotten. At checkout, scanned the coupon and it didnt work. It scanned but wouldn't give me the discount. This is not the first time subways have done this. Other places have done this as well. She told me it doesnt work for my sandwich which I showed her the coupon which excludes items. My sandwich was not one of them. I asked if she can do something about it, which she said no. I worked as a manager before, and could easily just fix that problem, which she didnt. She brushed it off and told me to use it next time. I told her it'll end up with the same problem if I use it here or elsewhere. Coupons in subways is their way of scamming you to pay in full. As stated earlier, it's not the first time. Im positive she is the manager as I dont see anyone else besides her. read more

I think this location is clean and organized. But when my bf and have ask for extra on our online orders they skip out a lot. But taste is always good. I wouldn't dine in personally but seems like families dine in more here. read more

Subway - Sandwiches Near Me - Fresno, California

If you like horrible service, high prices and mediocre food, this is the place for you! The help never smiled. She seemed inconvenienced to serve us. She'd look down at the food and in a low volume, rapid-fire and thick accent, ask single-word questions. When asked to repeat, without eye contact, without changing her volume, and without lifing her head from behind the partition, she'd repeat a single word again, "toast? Sauce?". And don't bother asking about the "sauces", lest she shoots you a look as if to say, "OMG. My job is so hard." Finally got my sandwich and left. Good news: My dog enjoyed it. Better news: I'll never stop here again. read more

Ordered online for my kids when we were on this side of town. Everything was made just like requested and was ready before the suggested time. Restaurant was clean and staff were polite. Nice location read more

Poor customer service and they never get online orders correct. Walked in to get my order and was told someone picked it up, then was told it was canceled and to reorder. Stop eating at these places and go to Jersey Mikes or another sandwich store. Nothing like watching someone tap their watch while making your sandwich. read more

worker is rude, I asked her to change my tomato she was giving me the ends of it that's small and gross I don't know why you guys are not throwing those away each slice of vegetables should be fresh and perfect she got upset and still gave me the same thing different piece when there's better slices right there and when putting vegetables more than 3 pieces would be nice we're paying so much money and only getting 2/3 pieces of vegetables is ridiculous do better read more

Super weird experience here... went in, asked for a cold cut combo, it says it should have salami on it.. as the girl is making the sandwich I can SEE she only put 2 meats on it.. I look at the menu again and asked, is it supposed to have salami, she turns and looks back at the menu and says it's on there... I figured ok, maybe I just missed her putting it on, maybe.. get home and there is definitely not a single slice of salami on it. Seems odd to lie about it when it very easily could have been added at that point like it was supposed to include. Not sure what was the point of saving a penny maybe.. idk read more

Bread very stale! So stingy with tuna I could barely taste it. Clerk barely friendly but efficient.

the girl that works there when I go in the morning always has a headphone in her ear and is talking on the phone while taking my order. it's very rude and it doesn't seem very hygienic to be using an EarPod when serving people. The ice machine was dirty and the ice had flakes in it of debris. Really unsatisfactory. read more

Very poor service only one employee was working there she was ecstatic when we came in.Walked in about 930pm on Friday evening to order two sandwiches it looked like the employee named amid didn't have a name tag on.The store had 15 minutes left to closing time employee didn't let us eat our food in the restaurant, that's when I asked for her name she asked why.The employee needs more training on customer service. read more

I payed 16$ for a six inch sandwich they didn't accept my coupon because my sandwich had a veggie patty on it. The people there said that the owner told them to not give veggie patty's on the coupons. I recommend to not go there again overall horrible customer service. I went there a year ago and nothing has change at all. read more

Rude service! If I can give a 0 star I would. I did an online order and came in like 5 minutes early so I can drink a water while I wait. I barely said " I did my online order and I just want a water...." She didn't let me finish my sentence and cuts me off and says "IM WORKING ON THIS ORDER GO SIT DOWN AND WAIT, WHAT WAS THE NAME AGAIN". I never felt so uncomfortable. I can see why there was no one in that facility. She even retaliated and gave me a anorexic sandwich read more

Subway - Grilled Chicken sandwich - Sandwiches Near Me - Fresno, California

Pretty low key and clean restaurant. Loving the wraps so ordered another chicken rotisserie wrap. Pepper jack cheese. All the veggies except onions. Extra jalapeños! The store was nice and clean. The worker was nice. Pretty simple and easy check out. Took the order home. The wrap was really good! Fresh veggies and the chicken was tender and good too! Had a nice little spice with the jalapeños also.Put it in the microwave. Eating it hot on this cool day made it better! Good service and delicious wrap! Recommended! read more

These people are so rude. They pick and choose what coupons they want to honor. I caught them in a lie they told me I couldn't use a coupon for a particular sandwich. Well, I went back online through the app. Use the coupon and everything was fine. When I went to confront them they said that it's not her call yet she is the manager. It doesn't make any sense. they are crooked people. read more

Please don't go here, i didn't want to believe these reviews but they are pretty spot on. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! I gave the benefit of the doubt and regret it now. I should have listened to the people. Subway - Dry old bread falling apart. - Sandwiches Near Me - Fresno, California

I visited on a couple of occasions and each time I found this locations morale to be as dry as the sandwiches. Newsflash, there's nothing wrong with opening by saying hi, welcome to subway or something other than what can I get you. Then proceed to Herd you through like cattle. So the cold cut trio I ordered was wack. The soup was edible. The vibe was super wack. The cookies were fire tho (I cant lie) they were ridiculously tasty! (This is the only thing good). As I'm thinking now this establishment was pretty clean too. Sorry not sorry subway to be harsh, but the customer experience needs to increase. 2 stars read more

I've ordered here 3 times online every time they did not toast our sandwiches. We even wrote on special instructions to please toast our sandwiches and they still did not toast them. If I want a cold sandwich I'll make one at home read more

This store manager is a thief. I mistakenly ordered a sandwich there that I was buying for a homeless man near my work. I immediately noticed I ordered at the wrong store and called them. They said they would not refund me because it was my mistake. I called so quickly there is no way the sandwich was made. Stay away from these thiefs. If you like subway there are plenty of kind decent store owners to buy from than one who would steal $13 from someone out of laziness and greed. read more

this shit is nasty , the girl that works there is literally so rude, i seen the hair dropping onto my sandwich & I told the girl & she laughed at me & didn't say anything. will NEVER be coming here again. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars, was not acknowledged at all when i walked in as both ladies were engaged in a phone call, gossiping. i finally gave my simple order which i had to repeat three times because they were talking through me ordering. she then toasted my sandwich after i said twice not to , and pulled it out, touched it and said don't worry its still cold and laughed. i wish i would have just left but i was starving. at check out, i was standing there for a few minutes while they still stood talking. do not recommend, go to jersey mikes if your in that area read more

It's an another Subway which is going to be regular for me, I cross by this complex few time and never realised about it Though the location was cleaning and tidy but one of the staff was confused as she was hiding behind closet instead of taking the orders , it seems like both employees were playing some kind of game but eventually they were able to sort it out for my food :) And sub was bomb ( fresh bread, fresh veggies n fresh meat ) read more

I had to write a review on this one. I ordered last night on the app and went to go pick it up when it was ready. I arrive at 9:10 and the door is locked when their hours say it closes at 9:30. I called, they never answer their phones. I go back to subway the next day and complain, I had paid for my order and everything. The lady said she threw it away and didn't even want to make me another one. I ask for a manager, and of course the manager was not there. After yelling at her for five minutes, in front of another customer, I get my sandwich and leave. Don't order from this Subway... read more

The WORST experience ever. Even if you are hesitant of coming here do not. I walked in, and the older girl was just playing around and kicking something on the ground and laughing while I'm standing there. Then she goes, "yes?". I go on to order and already makes 2 of my orders wrong and blames it on me. I got them corrected and then she toasted my tuna sandwich. I told her no, nobody toasts tuna.... she then proceeds to get mad at me and said," well what do you want on your toasted one. I'm Punjabi as well and both of them were talking crap on me and other customers in Punjabi. I got to the cash register and she made me pay for the sandwich she made wrong. Won't ever be going here again. This occurred 4/30/21 at 8 pm. read more

They DO NOT close AT 9:30. We walked in at 8:50. She told us no she can't help us because she's closing at 9 and needs time to clean up. So I asked ok what time do you close at so we don't make this mistake again as we are new to this area She said 9. I said ok it's 10 before 9. She had one person ordering a sandwich. She said no I still can't make yours I need time to clean. Please SUBWAY, UPDATE YOUR HOURS. OR COACH YOUR EMPLOYEES. read more

Rude, rude, rude! We brought in a coupon for buy one, get one free. My husband ordered a Supreme Meat footlong, I ordered a tuna footlong. We were told that the Supreme Meat wasn't applicable to the promotion (even though it was the more expensive sandwich for which we were willing to pay) because it was considered to be a "monster" sandwich which did not apply to the BOGO. Nowhere did it indicate, not on the coupon, not on the menu board, that the Supreme Meat was a "monster" sandwich. "So what, it doesn't matter" was the response from the woman behind the counter. While making our sandwiches, she either didn't understand English or just didn't bother to listen to us. She barely put any items on the sandwiches, tried to give us the wrong bread, etc. Everything was terrible. She spoke in a foreign language (middle eastern, I think) to the other employee, which was very, very rude. When she wouldn't accept the coupon, we walked out (leaving the sandwiches behind) and went to Jersey Mike's! read more

Worst experience ever!!! I have nothing against people speaking there native language as I myself speak my native language. But the lady was clearly talking bad about us. You can just feel the judgment all because I was using a giftcard to pay for my order. Very unprofessional behavior as when I was trying to give special instructions as to how I wanted my sandwich they would bluntly ignore me and continue with their own conversation . Also they kept rolling their eyes at me when all I was trying to do is help them solve a problem with my transaction!! Will never return to this LOCATION again!! Please don't go here as they clearly don't care about the customers at all!! read more

Often times the workers are rude. If the workers are sick they still work it sucks to see someone coughing and then making your sandwich . Subway - Riverside subway in Fresno Cali. - Sandwiches Near Me - Fresno, California

This place is horrible. I ordered a sandwich. The employee went in the back and took a frozen roll out and put it in the microwave for about five minutes. Yeah, nice and chewy. She proceeded to cut it and it was so hot it burnt her hands. She blew on her hands and then put her hands back on the roll. That's disgusting. I have an idea, bake some bread when you get there so you don't have to pull frozen bread out of the freezer and microwave it. This isn't your house. Needless to say I told her to forget about the sandwich. Not only did she do that, she had plastic gloves on and then put her hands in the oven mitts to take bread out of the oven and then put her hands back on the bread without putting fresh gloves on. That's also disgusting. Who knows whose hands were in those dirty crusty oven mitts. Subway used to be awesome back in the day. They just don't care anymore. read more
