Why on earth does iSubway mail out coupons if the locations don't accept them. Best thing that can happen is Subway go out of business.

I ordered mine on pressed focaccia bread and everything from the juicy crispy chicken to the parmesan cheese and toppings was top notch. Each of the flavors and textures played so well together that it's hard to stop eating after taking the first bite. Came on a Monday around 1pm and there was no line. Inside the shop was a classic deli where you order at the counter and then browse the various goods/merch while you wait. Service was fast and the sandwiches came out within 5 minutes of ordering. There are a couple picnic tables outside to sit and eat but other than that, mostly a to-go place. First timers: get the Uncle Primo's, you won't regret it!

I got half an uncle primos chicken cutlet sandwich ($11). It was a lot of food and was loaded with chicken! Even just the half sandwich was too much for me to eat at once. While it was tasty, I did feel like it was missing something, and personally didn't find it to be worth the wait. But if the line were shorter in the future I'd come back and try other yummies from the menu.

(For those of you familiar with the area, another eatery called The Lemon Tree used to occupy this space.) Women-owned, White Story offers fresh takes on standard cafe items - paninis, sandwiches, salad, soups and a variety of breakfast options. (See menu pics for more details and pricing). In the very relaxing ambience with bright and cozy seating, we enjoyed excellent service from Apple, one of the owners. Paul and I both had the Morning Waffle Special: a tender tasty waffle with a deliciously crispy crust, topped with a fresh egg as you like it, crispy smoked bacon and fresh avocado slices - let's just say both our plates were clean! The sweet Thai tea was fresh and paired perfectly with our meals. The hours are varied, check the website (or menu pic) and prepare to enjoy light and refreshing fare in a welcoming space - leisurely catching up with friends over the fresh-baked treats and coffee or noshing with a current read. Y'all know me now - I like the smaller, intimate places off the beaten path yet close to everything - this place is a gem for you to try!

It's a fairly extensive menu for breakfast. Time from order to service about 10 minutes. Food is good! Tried chicken and waffle. It's a plate-sized waffle, freshly made, topped with breaded chicken. Chicken is tender but a little dry. Nothing that a nice helping of maple syrup didn't fix. Also tried the morning waffle special. This is a waffle, topped with an egg, bacon and avocado slices. Served piping hot, freshly cooked and a sizable portion. Always good to have more quality dining choices in town. I'll be back!

So it seemed the perfect spot for lunch before my performance nearby. (It is behind the Hardees and next to a physical therapy facility.) The restaurant has dine-in and take out available. You just order at the counter and will be given a number and your food will be brought to your booth or table. The menu is pretty large with pizzas, pastas, salads and sandwiches. The dining area is large and casual. There is plenty of seating but a lot of open space so you have room to enjoy your meal. When dining out, I tend to order dishes I don't make at home. I was planning to go with an eggplant dish here but decided I wanted shrimp so went with the fettuccini alfredo as I don't cook that either. It came with a small loaf of bread. So I will need to return for some eggplant and maybe a pizza. They have fountain drinks and some beverages in a coolers up front. I thought I'd get an iced tea but there wasn't any near the fountain drinks, I don't like Pepsi so got a Dr. Pepper. I hope tea is added as the Wake Forest location has iced tea. I enjoyed my meal very much. The portion didn't look that big when it arrived but I found out that plate was a bit deceptive as I struggled to finish. I did eat all the bread too as I couldn't resist as it was that good. The staff was very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Parking was easy enough to find in the large parking lot. Mario's is a great addition to Louisburg.

Tonight, I was craving some food truck takeout and checked out Deep Rivers lineup then scoured Stavis menu and I was sold! I knew it would be good, and definitely after tasting everything, I knew we made a solid choice! We only had to wait 7-10 min and our food was ready! I was so impressed and I know we'll definitely be eating from their truck again soon!

Husband's sandwich smelled and looked wonderful. It was large and he said it tasted great and that it had "good quality meat". Meanwhile, for just a dollar less my salad was a big disappointment, but that's really my fault because it was just what the menu said it would be...lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber and cheese with a Greek dressing. Yawn. Fortunately I had some kalamata olives and pepperoni at home to doctor it up. Would have loved to try the crab bisque others have raved about, but tonight's soup was chicken gnocchi, which didn't call out to me. Next time I would definitely skip the salad and stick with what they are named for...their sandwiches!
